Pros +
- Room was clean and it was quiet. Nobody bothered us,easy check in and check out. Good to crash in for the night after being out in the city for a while. For the price and location itâ≢s what youâ≢d expect. Nothing crazy
- Easy access, friendly staff
- The hotel was in a convenient location.
Cons -
- They would not allow us to check in early which was inconvenient but not completely unexpected.
- I rented this room for my mom and was very appreciative of all the kind and wonderful staff. I had one issue with the manager who aggressively told me that there were no dogs allowed (I was visiting and my dog was in the car). He was unnecessarily rude.
- There wasnâ≢t much to offer for breakfast, & need more towels in the bathroom. There was no tea either in the room.

The room is clean and comfortable.
This Inn is located on the big street. Convenient location, but it was very noisy during morning traffic hours and woke me up. Otherwise, everything is fine and comfortable!
That a room was available at an affordable price....almost
The bed was horribly uncomfortable...it has definitely been around since the hotel opened.
The location. It was close to everything and at a reasonable price
It was dirty. Inside the room and the halls
Hotel is in bad need of rehabilitation. However, the cleaning staff does an excellent job of keeping the old rooms clean. Dining area for free breakfast looks like a dump. It's obvious the owners are really cheap. A fresh coat of paint would help.
Queen Beds were lumpy and should have been replaced at least 10 years ago. Both my sister and I up got a backache from the very old queen beds each night we slept there. Quality of food on free breakfast was very poor, and it's better to skip it.
Hotel was close to a meeting I had early in the morning (which is not the time anyone should travel the LA freeways). Clean, decent breakfast, EZ in and EZ out, the best way to do LA.
Location is near UCLA
Dirty and uncomfortable with tiny rooms. Hair in the bed and shower. Mold on bathroom ceiling. Peeling paint and wallpaper. Old beds in cramped rooms. No screen on bathroom window. Coffee maker was moldy and disgusting.
Closeness to UCLA
1) Sliding door to bathroom did not close. When the clerk was advised, he stated that he knew that it was broken and had been broken for quite some time. 2) the exterior lighting was off in an hallway leaving a VERY dark and potentially dangerous situatio
The hotel is well located - great restaurants in walking distance. Rooms are an ok size; newer bathrooms are good; desk is adequate. WiFi is modest - reached the room well but speed was around 3mbs download but fast enough for decent Netflix playing.
The overall feel is that the hotel is dirty - the pool chairs were really in need of a scrubbing; the A/C was moldy and the room smelled like mold from the unit. It was too hot to not use it. And the floor was really dirty under the A/C unit.
Location is great. The rooms are somewhat clean and good for short stays in LA, but I would not recommend for longer trips or groups bigger than 4. If average room rates were around $---- I would recommend...but not for current rates.
This is a no frills motel that tries to sell rooms at hotel rates. Parking is weird and limited, the rooms are small and outdated. Breakfast is garbage, and should not be a factor when choosing this motel. No sound padding, you hear EVERYTHING.
They put us in a room where window is facing the main thoroughfare. Can't open window curtains for people walking on the sidewalk can see sun even cars stop on traffic light can see us. It was noisy we can hear the street noise. The fridge wasn't working
It was close to the 405, and to UCLA, where I had an event early in the morning.
The toilet didn't flush, the towels in the bathroom were dirty (someone else's make up on them, when i checked in) There was black hair in the bed, on the sheets, and I'm blonde. The front desk only offered me a room that faced the street that was noisy
Great breakfast but getting skimpier every time I stay there
Left a charger in the room called the same day guy never called me back. I called continually and even went back and talked to the same guy that always told me he would look. The charger was never recovered. the worst thing a hotel could tolerate is theft
Booked a 2 queen bedroom and was assigned a room with 1 queen and 1 twin. Went back to notify the office and was informed 2 queen bedrooms were all sold out and to check back tomorrow to switch if a 2 queen bedroom was available.
Needs updating, parking, entry, room access odd.
location
1. Noise from the door which is very poor in sound proofing. 2. I was charged for Parking even though it says free parking when I booked it.
The clerk was pleasant.
The room was filthy. There were DIRTY socks in the corner of the room by the window. The curtains were soiled. We were in the room close to ice machine. Customers up all night getting ice.
The location is nice and service was actually pretty good. That was all overshadowed by waking up with at least ten bed bug bites.
Two words: BED BUGS. I was bitten several times and it was extremely uncomfortable. There was not even a response from the hotel after I wrote them to inform about the infestation. Hopefully they've at least called the exterminator.
