Awful bathroom - shabby renovations

Rooms smell like pee from bathrooms. Extra $50 a day charge for valet. Definitely should save money and go across the street to Angeleno

Beautiful place, perfect location

Parking fee too high for self-parking. They offer valet parking, as a handicap person that parked on the handicap space, myself, I had to give my keys for valet parking in case they moved my vehicle

Staff are friendly

Hotel and restaurant are understaffed. Hard to get free breakfast because the restaurant is poorly run. Rooms are not well maintained. Mattress was uncomfortable.

Older looking. Furniture in room looked cheap and mismatched. Carpet had stains from cleaning machine.

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfasts which were included were delicious.

I could have used a magnifying mirror ih the bathroom, and the tub was extremely slippery. I almost fell taking a shower. They need to do something to make it safer.

Not much, over rated

Not as advertised, no pool side food or bar, pool had no light safety issues, room had maintenance issues, no business center, WiFi worked intermittent, no spa, route to fitness center and pool along a busy road

Location is amazing and so central to everything! The housekeeping did a wonderful job cleaning our room.  the manager was so accommodating and had such a wonderful attitude which really emphasized the customer experience.

Parking is very very expensive. More affordability in this area would be nice. The rooms are dark and the lighting is bad. It¿s hard to see what your makeup looks like.

The location and front lobby were great!

The first room we checked into had an overwhelming smell of pet odor. The hotel had no distilled water available for CPAP users. The rooms were run down and had visible screws and other handiwork items on the floor and hanging off the screen door.

Good exterior appearance. Good valet service.

Hotel interior much like 2 star hotel. I requested a king bed but got a room with 2 twins. Bathroom had poor workmanship on the tile install. Bed was sunken and uncomfortable. Don't reccomend hotel.

Rooms are old & outdated.Bathroom door did not shut,tub slippery,tear in bottom sheet.Big party in room nextdoor til 3 am. People partying outside our patio. Car alarms going off. Bare concrete hallways uneven floors.No modern conveniences. Wont go back!

The only redeeming quality of this hotel was the location and the staff being very friendly and understanding. The staff did help me change rooms my first night because the mold smell was overpowering and I had trouble breathing.

Both rooms I stayed in were extremely outdated and dirty, stains on carpe. There was a "resort fee" but the pool had no service or towels, the gym fit 2 people and you had to pay for the tennis court $30 an hour.. nothing resort about this place.

Cleaning staff go into the room and ask me what time to leave, before checkout time, so rude and disrespectful going in without permit. and the rooms are so old, I don¿t like the color red all over the room.

Style and decor. It was clean and the food was good. Also liked the complimentary wine or beer upon arrival

My shower did not work and inconvenienced my 2 night stay. Prefer showering vs bathing in tub. I would stay again, but would make sure shower works. A few pesky fleas were in the room ad well as my daughter¿s room. It may be due to a lot of shrubbery

The hotel was nice. Staff was great.

Did not like the parking situation. Valet was required and I was charged an additional $80. That should have been disclosed. I would never stay there again.

Location was good, decent restaurant, and the pool was nice.

The room was dirty considering the price paid. Nasty carpet with stains everywhere, gross bathroom with visible mold in several spots. Mattress also was super old and cheap feeling. Was highly disappointed and will not be staying here again.

"Excecutive suite" was large, but furnishing was sparse, almost as if furniture was missing. Calling it a suite is quite misleading

I specified that I wanted to stay in the main building in a room without carpets. The room was very nice and definitely a good value for the price. Check in was super fast and staff was polite. Room service was hot, tasty, and quick. 10/10
