Room 508 was situated at the end of the hallway which ensured I'd be secluded from noise. The view also overlooked the pool which was a nice touch.

I have stayed at this hotel for work events and events at UCLA. It had been a few years. Wow, such bad service. Check-in experience, miserable front service check-in. Couldn't get us checked in until 530. Valet took 30 minutes, no wait staff

The staff at this hotel are the best I've ever experienced. As a guest you are greeted by name by each staff member. The parking services exceed all expectations! In addition the location is amazing, a beautiful tree lined street.

The hotel was great. The location is awesome.

The maids did not put shower gel or a bath mat in my room. I had to call engineering as my lights were not working.

The intense smell of marijuana at any time of day and worse at night. Then even in the room at night. Staff seemed indifferent to concerns

It was in a gorgeous area. Greeted by very friendly valets. Hotel was clean, beautiful and had a nice clean smell. The desk person was helpful. Rooms clean, modern, comfy and safe feeling. Would go back and would recommend. A real gem! Thumbs up!

Just ok... bed is extremely HARD and pillows so overstuffed. Both of us tossed and turned ALL NIGHT.. Back hurt, neck hurt. No coffee maker in the room. You have to ask for it. By the time you figure it out (when you are in NEED of coffee) too late.

Curbside attendance was great.

my card would not work in the card machine at the front desk, nor could i take enough from the ATM to cover the $---. the guy at the desk who helped me, Hotel employee, was very relaxed and helpful and patient while i went to the bank to get cash. Appreciate that!

i wish the credit card machine was able to use swipe as well as chip!

The Valet Service to Checking in was great! Everybody was on point and great customer service. Perfect location to see our daughter. I was so excited to stay at the hotel!

The bed was short my husband is 6' 3" and his feet hung over the edge. The toilet ran every 3 minutes on, off, on, off. Everytime you turned on the faucet is would squeel like a teapot, both the sink faucet and the shower. Seriously disappointed!

Proximity to Ronald Reagan Medical Center.

No coffee maker in the room -- which is ridiculous for the price associated with this hotel. No free wifi in the room.

Helpful staff, great location and lovely courtyard and pool

The look and feel of the hotel was fun yet relaxing.

I didn't like having to pay for Wifi during my stay since I wasn't a preferred member. Complimentary Wifi should be available for all guests considering the amount you pay per night. I also didn't like paying tax on the valet. $46+ tax is excessive.

The hotel was great it's not 100% my style a little plane I'm use to hotels in Las Vegas so I was a lil disappointed when I said I was on my honeymoon and wanted a room with jacuzzi I got their and their wasn't one room needs a lil more style​

Location was great and in a safe area. Street parking (2-hour) was available. Comp late checkout was provided, the room was clean, large and what we expected.

Pool was slightly less impressive given the W's reputation, and beds (although free) were reserved for the entire day but we saw no one on them so a bit disappointing. Parking was pricey given there was a lot down the street for 1/10 the price!

Outside pool bar area was very cool.

It's very loud. First, the hotel was having a huge party/wedding which resulted in inebriated guests wandering the halls everywhere. Second, the hotel room next door had loud parties both on Saturday and Sunday nights, and we had trouble sleeping.

Great location to UCLA, across the street. Room was clean and of good size

Parking was too expensive. Sink had zero counter space, none in bathroom.
