Cute little hotel. You could walk to restaurants , & shopping

Parking was strange, they don’t have enough space so they valet cars behind your vehicle if no other regular parking

Perfectly clean , modern , patio, price, free parking in fantastic location

The parking situation is a bit weird.

THE STAFF WAS GREAT. THE HOTEL WAS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, AND WAS SUPER CONVENIENT. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN WITH A BALCONY AND VERY COMFORTABLE. WE WERE ALLOWED AN EARLY CHECK IN AND EVERYONE WAS SUPER ACCOMODATING. THE FREE BREAKFAST WAS NICE.

IT'S BEST IF YU DON'T DRIVE A REALLY BIG CAR. THE PARKING SPOTS ARE TYPICAL OF WESTWOOD VILLAGE, MEANING VERY CLOSE TOGETHER. IT WAS IMPORTANT TO US TO HAVE FREE PARKING

When you enter the room and see the configuration of the small dining table, you feel relaxed; perhaps it is not a new hotel overall, but it maintains a good performance overall. It is the street of Westwood when you go out, and it is very convenient.

Excellent location - within walking distance of everything UCLA!

Lobby is a little rough, but once we got to the room, it was better than expected.

Location close to theatre/UCLA was great - it would be very easy to walk to several restaurants. Clean room, comfy beds, good pillows. Light breakfast.

Parking was a little odd with the double parking in the garage but we ended up parking on the street instead with no problem.

Room was for the most part great. Newer carpet, bed and furnishings. Great flat screen tv and reliable wifi. Location was outstanding.

Public areas were not in great shape. Missing ceiling tiles in the hallway gave a bad impression. Staff was friendly but everything at check-in & check-out moved at a snails pace. Ceiling was poorly patched in bedroom and bathroom was the smallest ever.

Outstanding location, large room, free parking.

I've stayed here many times. The property has been substantially upgraded. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. The rooms have microwave and refrigerator. They also have a free breakfast with an automatic pancake maker.

I didnt expect much about this hotel because there were only 2 stars, but I'am glad I stayed here for the night. Best location and accomodation. Staff was really nice and the place eas really clean. It should have more than 2 star ratings.

The only thing I have to comment is the parking. It seems that they dont have enough space for parking yet its free so why am I complaining?? Hehe..

Nearby UCLA Medical center and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Free parking is a big bonus IN LA

Wasn't as clean this stay as last

Location is the most important aspect of a hotel in LA. Since we were doing business at the Spanish Consulate right on Wilshire, a short 20 minute bus ride was all it took to get to where we needed to be.

Been at the Royal Palace several times and it never disappoints. Always a pleasure to stay here.

The room was very big and clean. We felt very safe staying here. The breakfast was good but the room is on the smaller end.
