Pros +
- Washer and dryer on my fl. The comforter kept me warm.
Cons -
- Unit I was in looked like public housing. Needs a paint job. Some ppl living there don't clean up or throw garbage away. Only one little pot & handle-less pan to cook with. Uncomfortable mattress & 2 bed pillows as flat as the bathrm rug.
