Blue Stay Walk to BMO Stadium and USC

The balcony double room I was in is spacious w a big closet & nice views. Plenty of hangers. Bed was comfortable. Shared bathroom was clean most of the time. TV worked most of the time. Average wifi.

Dirty dishes from previous guests. Gross! Housekeeper also refused to clean dirty, grease stained oven. TV & stand in my rm super dusty when I checked in. Cheap/uncomfortable chairs. Front door keypad stopped working once so I was locked out late night.

Nice like new building. All the furniture and stuff are also like new. As a place to stay overnight — it’s perfectly fine.

I was informed in advance that parking could be an issue. I checked the map and saw paid parking nearby, so I booked the room. However, when I arrived, I realized that all those parking lots are reserved for students, so parking was indeed a real problem.

Rooms were well kept, towels provided were soft. Key codes meant no room keys.

Honestly the area - it's close to the venue which we needed it for, but we didn't realize what that part of town was like. Construction crews working nearby in the morning meant we didn't get much sleep.

The property is located near BMO stadium. It's clean and comfortable.

Easy to access, you can use your own bathroom.

It’s a bit dirty. There was a hair on the bed. So I thought it was not cleaned. There were also stains on the sheets.

We're in room #3. There is not towel racks which can be a fuss since the sink is small and there is no other space to hang the towels. The bathroom was neatly cleaned, thumbs up to the cleaning staffThe common area is okay, spacious and clean but kitchen missing cutlery. The neighborhood is okay, latino vibes. Good place for the price.

Noise. You can literally hear the neighbors, we were unlucky that a Mexican party was running until late one of the nights we stayed there. They need to equip better the kitchen. The room door had a big visible stain like makeup and found hair in a lamp. They'll give you a gift card if you give them a perfect score, which is kinda shady.

I absolutely enjoyed the property. Great pricing , great location, not to far of a commute to different attractions. Property was clean, comfy, & quiet. Easy Entrance. All in all a 10 out 10 for me Affordable, Convenient, & Comfortable.

Location is full of ICE agents who are walking the streets and asking people for ID. I would not stay there again; even with good visa

They stole my belongings and lied and said I asked to cancel. They changed their number and would not speak to me. A non-English speaking gentleman who is the caretaker asked me about sex using a spanish slang term. Very scary, very hostile. I will file police report.

Its pretty well equipped and clean. Indoor bathroom.

The location and the always off ac. Sometimes the electricity too.

The place is quiet and clean with smooth check-in.

No control of air conditioning in rooms. My room was too warm, and I needed a fan to stay comfortable.

I would see others living here and had a good chat at times. Most of the time it was empty so it felt calm and safe. The internet was good no issues on that

There were no fans provided in the room. When it was hot I just had to deal with it sometimes I had to take cold shower. A fan would’ve been nice. The bathroom at times had bad smell. The bathroom also came with a sensor light like why? When you’re passing the sensor and getting in the shower the light would be on for 15 or so seconds and it would turn off. If the sink didn’t have a button light I would be showering in the dark. The sink had very low water pressure to a point I just gave up using and started brushing my teeth in the kitchen. At least the kitchen had good water pressure. The shower head would scatter the water too much there wasn’t a concentrated area to do a good wash. Neighboring houses would have music on loud till late at night once they had it on till 4 am made it hard to sleep as I had to open the window to cool the room because of no fan. For spending so much money the things provided were not to my expectations.

EVERYTHING! When I checked in the place was a complete mess. Then after I had to leave when I was trying to rest and get ready because the cleaning staff got there late! Manager takes FOREVER to reply. They say no parking inside but let other people who are staying there park inside!

The bedroom was clean and comfortable and we had a pleasant stay. It was well equiped with the necessities for a good stay. The location was also 10 mins by foot to the bus station and 20 minutes by foot to the metro station. Since the place is located in a housing area, it is advisable not to walk there too late at night as it can get quiet.

Extra attention need to be given to the housekeeping of the kitchen area.

The neighbors were sometimes loud and someone randomly set the fire alarm off at 5am.

All base on codes to access the property, at first it didn’t work, had to call help. The property looks pretty modern

Pillow is super thin, blanket is thin. Couldn’t tell which was communal or someone else’s in the houseStrictly no guest on property. A friend needed to use the restroom but I asked if I can bring someone i but no.I hear a lot of noises, either from other guest or neighbors. Sometime tappening on my door sound but no one there. I didn’t see a single guest but know there was signs of other in the building. Kinda creepy.

Excellent room conditions, very clean and smells fresh. My room had a view with a small balcony. So beautiful ❤️
