Absolutely nothing

I did not like how the people reacted when telling them that the room smells like cigarettes and was a very dirty environment. I asked to change rooms to see if any other ones were in better quality and they would not allow!!

Reeked of smoke, street noise, no bed side lamps, no place to hang clothes.

We chose this hotel because it is close to the LA airport and we had to fly out early in the morning and we live 3 hours away from LAX. We wanted to stay in a hotel in order to not have to wake up super early and drive the 3 hours to catch our plane.

Many things we did not like about this hotel stay. The room was pretty disgusting. I took pictures of the bath towels that were dirty, one pillow had some kind of red splattered substance on it. There is not enough room here to state what else was wrong.

It’s in my Families neighborhood and the staff are wonderful hard working people; especially Poppa! He’s the man of the family and he’s the best!

Nothing to like

Everything was bad. Poop on outside of toilet. Super dirty or stained towels. No pillow cases. Everything was dirty. Floor was super sticky.

Friendly staff & accommodating.

Not the best area & prices varies by day.

This is not a safe area, room was extremely filthy nor would I ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

It's in a convenient location

Dirty towels, table and chair. No shampoo or toothpaste was provided. Crazy guys were talking out loud. The photos posted on their booking profile are deceiving because the property is poorly maintained.

They just barge into your room at check out time was getting out of bed and a man just barged in and said check out time as a women that’s not respectful and very uncomfortable.

If you're not comfortable being in diverse neighborhoods, you won't be comfortable. If you are, you'll find its a very friendly place, with lots of places to pop.in and see. Everyone is nice and very appreciative for business

Staff/Management are professional, friendly and helpful.

Staff was very accommodating with the parking situation and the people were kind when communicating with me. Thank you staff!

My only complaint was that my room REEKED of cigarettes and as a non smoker who had my teenaged sister with me we were very uncomfortable breathing in that air. If there was no smokers before me I would've been pleased with my whole experience.

The cost, but that was All. .

Room was not clean. Rust stains in tub. Smoke Alarm consistently chirped because of low battery.

The location was pretty close the metro station so it worth it for the price, and also free parking with the reservation, the staff is very kind

The room smell is kind of heavy and the forced chekout hr at 10:30am, i mean i wanna to go early from there to my event?

When I leave it

All the place was dirty, the towers dirty with blood, walls and showers broke and dirty, the bed was burn with cigarette. The worst place were I was ever

Worst experience ever in a hotel, the cleaning guy was kind, Only positive aspect. Don't come.

The worst you can have at a hotel you find here: bedbugs, cockroaches, smoke, prostitutes, homeless, burned blankets, fleas.

Easy to find and close to highway.

Didn’t give enough towels I saw a roach in the room. And there where prostitutes hanging out the parking lot

Our room was great but we found about 3 or 4 cockroaches. First time I experience this in a hotel

nothing, we checked in and decided to leave within 15 minutes

upon arrival we didn’t feel safe in the area, and multiple residents that were outside at 1:30 am made us feel uncomfortable. we gave it the benefit of the doubt and checked in anyhow with the unpleasant man working the front desk. the room had stains on the bed, sink, toilet, floor and walls (didn’t see the shower because we refused to get in the bathroom). in our few minutes in the room we encountered 5 bugs crawling out of any possible crevice. the bedding had holes in it as well & all of the towels were discolored. we went right back to the “lobby” to tell the man we were not going to be staying there and despite his no refund policy i told him he would give us one or we would be disputing the charge because the condition of the room was completely unacceptable. he said nothing, took the room key and closed the window. we ended up disputing the charge

The place is not as bad as many reviews suggest. After all, this is one of the most affordable places in LA. You get what you pay for. I saw a few critters running around in my room, but I am not that squeamish. As long as it is not bed bugs I am not too worried. The room and bed were decently clean, but everything is pretty dated, particularly the bathtub.

The property owners should invest in a good exterminator to take care of the bugs which turns off many guests. A remodel would also help. I wished the parking lot was gated as my 1 year old car was vandalized overnight. I do not think it is anything serious as I made it home safely (360 miles), but will need to have it checked out and fixed up at Honda. Somebody must have kicked it pretty hard or tried to steal the exhaust pipe or such as a few plastic parts are missing or broken. Better not bring a nice looking car to this motel!
