booked 3 nights. after 1st night, had bug bites all over. be prepared for bed bug bite

Very welcoming, nice location and they clean every single day…. Very affordable too best price in LA. Highly recommended.

Nothing because when I showed up there, I couldn't even find an office or any personnel who could complete the check-in procedures that were identified in the booking confirmation and was never able to check-in.

The fact that it doesn't seem to actually exist.

Nothing because seems like this place does not exist in the address that is in the trip information.

I was having trouble in that particular night because at the time that I arrived at the address of this hotel, it just does not exist any hotel or hostel there. I was trying to call, but there is no phone number either. In fact, I was really upset.

Never got to stay at the Robertson just like home place we was there for hours plus when we did see someone he told us some way out story that he didn't know anything about it and we had to leave and never spoke to anybody is there a way to get my money?

All common areas are well organized and clean.

The price but when u wanna extend they gonna make you pay more money than booking says

Dirty noise and a lot of people screaming

Chill quiet, balcony and kitchen

Good places around are expensive

Unclean, very poor staffing and like of appreciation for the guests….terrible experience and would never recommend anyone there. Very poor communication at best

Scam establishment!!!!!!!!!!This place does not exist !!!!There's a coffee shop at this address and next door is reggae Bar. When you book this unit the same people who run Zen Guest house up the street will ask you to come to their new location . They take credit card information over the phone and waste your time even though the place does not exist .

How nice the guest were

Managers are racist and habitual liars. They complain behind ur back and will smile in your face. They watch residents in an uncomfortable manner. Several wallets and purses have came up missing. You cant drank alcohol inside but u can smoke all the weed u want.

Smoke alarm keep beeping, no soap provided, WIFI was not strong enough at my bed location.

They serviced bad, we couldn’t stay and didn’t get our payments back, I’m not advising Service __0

Nothing. I didn't even get to experience the accommodation at all. Only that it's not in an unsafe part of LA. Its also is by a Walgreens which is a plus, and saved me a lot. Like FINDING this place

I LITERALLY had to SLEEP OUTSIDE. If you are at the airport and looking for a place to stay, or need a last minute room, DONT pick here. I called several times - that went straight to voicemail, and then I even got in (from a code given by a previously kicked out resident as well coincidentally) ; but was kicked out by I think your assistant manager - saying since im not on the list, I would have security & police called. Despite the fact I was saying I have a confirmation code. He said the manager "just* went to sleep" when I told the manager via Booking Messages, I was on the way and that It'll take a bit because I am taking the bus and I needed to check in tonight way earlier. I asked the guy could he wake up the Manager, he said nope and told me to leave I had to sleep outside in front of the property. Didn't even look at me. Unacceptable to the highest degree. ALSO. CHANGE the ADDRESS on the app. I was looking for it for an half an hour and I thought I was scammed at first until someone at Walgreens helped me.I almost forgot - He kept on saying "oh check-in is at 5PM come back then" I kept telling him "bro, I need a bed now, I fly out tomorrow at 11AM , I don't have 5PM" he basically said oh well, doesn't matter, kept watching his YouTube with his girlfriend - and I still slept on a sidewalk w/ this other resident they kicked out. It's a good thing it was my last day in LA.

House manager accused me of being drunk when I came out and disturbing other guests which is not true since there was nobody else around and I haven't touched a drink in 5 weeks and I was on the phone with a admin of the property and the house manager wants to call the police on me for no reason and the police said there's nothing they can do and apparently they were refunding me and I still don't have my money back which is ridiculous just poor customer service and disrespectful

Close to the downtown area

I was asked to give a deposit of 100 that will be refundable and after a week it has not been refunded and that’s a concern.

Horrible still haven’t received my refund for them not having the room clean not letting me stay.

They still haven’t given my deposit! They didn’t let me stay at the location I requested and still haven’t gave me a refund or any paperwork!

I liked the location, the general cleanliness.

I didn't like people getting checked in later than 1AM, people eating in their beds to attract bugs, people constantly talking and blocking the staircase right outside my room at all hours.
