Bed bugs bit me and the manager was super rude I do not recommend stay here. Woman and men are in the same room very uncomfortable.

I slept so good and I felt safe. Staff are nice, caring, and professional. I also like that they have a house just for disabled individuals. And I feel the company is trying to help me be safe and not be on the street by being affordable.

Unsecure Building, kept changing my door code, indoor smoking mental health violent unpaid guests and ruined kitchen appliances - no time for me to cook or sit to enjoy a meal. Ruined my food label in Refrigerator. Fire Alarm went off cooking fire three times, my room was above the Kitchen. Too many unpaid guests at night, back yard. Plus junked up back yard. Biting Dog- Booking.com or Parent Company never remedy after you Email either one. Man large white male never shows ID- pay for month changes door code out retrieving Uber Eats Order. He snaps photo your ID and Zelle Payment. Then ding goes Credit Bureau Alert. Rented Booking.com to find permanent housing solution interview for Los Angeles- He called places trashed fact I have two Knee Replacements. Disability Rude- Railings not secure- felt Targeted by Prejudice Non Payment Guests. Stolen petty theft too. Construction next door. Not place full night's rest at all. Nevermind getting grabbed middle of the Night. Broken Bracing Bunk Bed Above. Never see in person Wei Lao you Zelle money for payment.

Don’t go there. There are people who live there permanently who are not welcoming, the vibe is really bad, my friend was bitten by bed bugs or spiders. At 11pm there was still no blankets for us and we had to ask the owner for it. Whats more, there wasn’t any toilet paper and when I told him on WhatsApp, he didn’t do anything . The day after, he told me that they only put one paper toilet per day in the bathroom for 2 rooms of 8 people, so 16 people. Owner refused to refund the second night, despite the fact that my friend got bitten by bed bugs or spiders . To do the checkin you need to have a us number which is not convenient at all. You’ll be way better in an airbnb !

Only redeeming factor was manager Velma who was helpful in this chaos.

They have more houses in this street and they will randomly send you to one depending how it suits them. There is no reception and they expect you to already have american sim and call them, otherwise no check in so beware! Also, when you go to area where the manager is supposed to be you will find message - "at doctors, gone for the day". Good luck with checking in! In garages of accomodation many people doing drugs... Also high number of russians staying here for some reason...

They have a good shower, and the bed is pretty okay

theres some people that live inside the hostel and they think they can control everything in the room, like the windows, the light.

We couldn't stay there, the manager told us that they don't have any space for us.We had to look for another accomodation for that night. Very poor management!

arrived the for check in at 11 o clock at night only to be told that there was no beds left even though we had a booking, no email or text during the day to let us know only to leave us show up at night with no where to go, we were lucky we had a rental car to stay in for the night but this was a disgrace, no proper management or care

it was so gross. unfortunately a lot of people in dire straits lives there but they were treated so callously by staff, myself included. all he wanted was to make sure I paid, that’s it. no regard to me as a human being.

it was so dirty. the stove was broken so they had a white garbage over it with words written on it that it’s broken. the sink hasn’t been washed in ages so had built up residue, mild, fungus garbage etc. the bath mat in the washroom was blackened from what looked like black mold. I was also in the top bunk and the railing for it was halfway broken. thankfully I’m a really light person so it could hold my weight but if it were a heavy person I know that bunk ladder would’ve snapped right off. super dangerous.

Some one in the room snores and keeps most of us awake all night.

It's convenient and staff is great. It's a family atmosphere and great price.

Can't really say there was anything I didn't like except it would be helpful if they could give a discount to those of us that stay and renew weekly & daily....would help us out a lot.
