The air conditioner got cold and wasn't locked to 70

The hotel location was in a dangerouse portion of town. The front counter was behind bullet proof glass and you had to play charades to understand anything between us. I have handicap access and parked in spot I was told to move for another guest.

Nothing it was a really bad experience the staff was nice. My room was clean but everything else was horrible experience. It was dead smack middle of LA very dangerous area didn't feel safe leaving my things in the room so we kept our luggage in the car.

The upgrades of the room was nice, not too bad for a short stay. Just needed someplace close by USC before we headed to our next stay. Decent, affordable pricing.

Didn't enjoy the weed smell of the room and people above us making too much noise. Had to purchase air freshener spray to help diminish the smell a bit.

REMODELED! I was initially worried based on old reviews but the ENTIRE room was updated, clean, and brand new. Painted walls, super clean bathroom, floors redone, bedding was excellent.

Checkin wasn't available on our online booking confirmation, we were not able to contact the hotel (we tried calling multiple times but nobody answered and there was no voicemail available). HOWEVER, we showed up a little before one and had no issues

The manager. He took an earful from us and still tried to find us a place somewhere else to stay and offered us his parking lot so we didn't have to take a Lyft too far to the Coliseum.

Everything! We got there to find we have no room because the motel was being remodeled and all the power was out in 13? rooms. No one bothered to call and tell us or anyone this so we had to find another place to stay at the last minute.

Everything was very rude!!! I had a gold name pedant i left it in my bag & when i returned it was MISSING ! Someone came in room when we left & went thru my stuff.went to front told them it was missing from my bagg asked to see footage & he told me noo

The property was chosen due to proximity to BMO stadium which was a 15-20 min walk. Not the best neighborhood but it is well lit.

The neighborhood is pretty unsavory and loud.

The size of the room and the design.

I didn't really like the staff or the area it was in.

Everything bad in every review is true. I personally do NOT like the smell of pine-sol and the room wreaked of it, but it was not clean. There were spots of dirt or other stuff I’m not sure of on the floor, but not clean. The bathroom was not clean. Looking at the back of the toilet there was urine, hair, and other stuff I’m not sure of. There were handprints on the shower walls. There was hair and other stuff on the floor in the bathroom. You only get 2 bath towels. No hand towels and no washcloths. When I went to use the first bath towel and I opened it there was a hair in it. I grabbed the other towel and there were stains on it or it just wasn’t clean. Looking at the sheets on the bed they seemed cleaned. The bed was very uncomfortable, it almost felt like you were sleeping on a table. You only get one pillow and it was thin. I booked a room with a king bed and a got queen bed. There was some lady almost howling like a dog each night we were there at 3:00 am and carried on for quite some time. Then you have someone else screaming at her to shut up. Each morning when we woke up to go to the bathroom there were a couple of cockroaches and they were very small. We ended up buying some cheap towels for us to use. We also bought Lysol wipes to clean the room and bathroom ourselves.

The location was in the middle of Southeast LA with crowing roosters at all hours, gunshots, difficult lift rider extraction. For an Angle I was very much out of my environment and did not feel safe at all until I was locked in my room. The room was clean. I asked that the battery in the room be changed, but it was not and beeped all night long.

The was a trash bag in the trash can. Floor was clean.

Stains on sheets. Only 2 towels for 2 people. Even asked for more. There is no towel for the floor to stand on. Wouldn't answer bookings for a refund on one day due to a medical emergency. Wouldn't accommodate a downstairs room for disabled people. Someone banging on the door in the middle of the night. Shady people hanging around.
