There was insects crawling in the bath tub when I arrived. Insects were also crawling on the walls. The TV didn't work at all. The need was awful. All linen was dingy white appearing used up.

The next day I was out of there..

When I open the door I was met by Roach had the light on all night..

Absolutely nothing! This is literally a roach motel! It's run down & not kept up at all. The towels were dirty & dingy. They don't look washed at all! I didn't dare look in the fridge or microwave I'm not that brave! Bring your own everything!

This hotel doesn't have an airport shuttle! They don't answer the phones and when they do they disconnect before you're able to get all of your questions in. I have absolutely nothing nice to say about this dump! Surprisingly they didn't have bed bugs!

We had to sleep in our car because of how horribly strong the smoke smell was. Not safe for someone with respiratory problems like asthma. I also had to pay a $20 cash key deposit which was not indicated before. Also bedbugs and cockroaches and stains.

at least my reservation wasn't canceled because the room was unavailable, which is a common practice in California

"non-smoking" room smelled of weed and was full of cockroaches. sheets and pillows were dirty as if someone thoroughly rubbed dirt on them. only 1 of 6 electric sockets was working... barely. nobody in their right mind should be staying in this motel

Literally nothing. It had a roof and I guess that's something.

Dirty, staff was rude, others also renting were smoking in their rooms. The security accused my husband of trying to go through the cars in the lot. A shooting had happened. The staff ended up taking my husbands work phone and when asked about it. Laughed

They were a double book reservation i cold no show up nor cancel the reservation in another city. When I when trying to book 2 more nights I ask if I can get that reservation change for another date even if that room was more expensive I was getting no.

Horror show. Filthy little place. Low-life dicey people dealing drugs and a homeless man sifting through the garbage dumpster. Scary. After parking my car and observing for a few minutes I left without checking in and forfeited my pre-payment. Don't go!

I asked for a hotel near LAX airport for an early morning flight the next day. It was not near LAX. If I combined what I spent on Uber with the hotel stay, I could have booked an airport hotel. The room smelled bad and had COCKROACHES.

Nothing!

Everything! Furniture all missing pieces, roaches, outlets all broken, staff extremely RUDE!!! REFUSED TO GIVE RECECEPT FOR KEY DEPOSIT!!! Key deposit was not even mentioned anywhere throughout the reservation process. Manager demanded CASH ONLY for key.

Easier to reserve

No phone no, no ice box and no microwave.

Not enough outlets,bathroom too small, toilet seat cover was loose had to be careful when seating on it,towels were dirty with stains, bed felt like it was going to break, cigarettes burns on the bedspread. Woke up to roaches.

Checked in process. The young guy was professional and respectful.

The motel was infested with bed bug, and roaches. The older guy was loud,inappropriate and there was some shady business going on there. Do not recommend if you are on a business or work trip. The older guy woke me up to have the sterminator spray for bug

Very dirty, no smoke detector, cigarette burns on comforter. Weird smell, manager rude & unapologetic about the condition. Never stay there again.

The location and proximity to stores is okay. Ample parking in the area.

The place is absolutely filthy. Dirty towels, filthy fridges, the place needs to be cited. It is not up to code at all.

Dirty stained graffiti furniture, room was prepaid and upon check-in the front desk demanded cash of 10.00 for room key, 4 night stay the key card had to be reactivated twice. Looked and smelled dirty, No hand or face towels, no housekeeping, sketchy mgmt

That it wasn't fake and the address was real.

The owner did not want to check me in he was complaining about how LATE I GOT OFF WORK and was able to check in the room. And no wifi on site and he didn't wanna give my deposit back the following morning

1. Dirty floor, bed spread, furniture,..... 2. Dirty bath towel. 3. Smoke detector was blinking red. 4. Hard to sleep at night due to lots of traffic?!! 5. I left my electric water-pick brush and upon return, they had trashed it.
