Pros +
- Unfortunately Nothing
- Clean, affordable, bagels, recent remodel.
- The rooms are big and they have tile floor instead on carpet which was excellent. The location on one side is great. Close to everything you want to aight see in LA. They tried to make it cute as possible.
Cons -
- The operator pressures you to pay cash, or Venmo. They're not available nor responsive; no one answers the phone. there's NO HOT WATER! Someone banged on my door @ 3:00 a.m. yelling. NEVER AGAIN!
- Water could have been hotter.
- I guess I drove down the other side of the street to get to the hotel and it scared me. I thought that I would have to cancel, don't want to stay in the hood. But I gets better has u drive down more.

location,cleanliness and access of rooms
It's in a great location close to many attractions and stores. the room is really large
TV was really small, Shower curtain barely bolted into the wall. Its a one Star Hotel... all is expected.
Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean, and quiet.
Breakfast was only donuts..would have loved some other choices.
Room was spacious and everything worked.
The staff did not tell the surrounding neighbors to be quiet when they started making noise at 3am. The were slamming doors and blasting music. This lasted for 2 hours without anything being done.
THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE. LIKED THAT THE FLOORS WERE NOT CARPETED. OVERALL VERY NICE FOR PRICE.
Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. For the price and location it's worth it.
There was a dead cochroach in the room and saw a live cochroach in the bathroom.
Property was clean.
Loud neighbors down stairs below us and nothing was ever said to them, but was expected since it was New Year’s Day.
Just good for one night, any longer, not worth it.
Filthy tile grout lines from years of dirtiness, the bathroom had cracks along the sink glue lining and little baby roaches would enter in and out. There was a couple roaches in the bed area and the bed was STIFF AS HELL, so stiff that I didn't even sleep on the bed I slept on the chair next to the bed for 3 nights. Made my trip a bad experienceOnly thing that made me happy while I was there was the last day when I left.
I liked how close the Inn was to the areas I was visiting (DTLA, USC, & Koreatown). Inn felt secure and parking lot was convenient. Room was bigger than expected.
If you have trouble sleeping, pack earplugs with you. Walls are thin & you can hear your neighbors having a conversation wild night.
noisy
the sheets had blood and the toilet didn’t work. i was told about a refund since i left a day early and the only way to get it is if i stayed and contacted booking when i dint have the time to stay i had to go hence me leaving a day early i don’t think it’s fair they mention a refund of $140 and not automatically giving it to me if the system told them to do it i feel robbed.
Location was as I neededPrice was fair
The floor wasn´t clean, we stayed there two nights and the floor was terrible. We saw a dead animal near the closet and I left it there in purpose to make sure they cleaned the floor the next day but the little creature was still there.
The place was clean , the room was clean and comfortable. It was close to everything. I'm really happy I chose this inn
I loved everything i have no complaints
Overall it was good stay...
The motel was a little old, no microwave in room, limited channels on the TV.
Location, free parking and basic facilities
Floor was not wiped clean and was dirty
The location was great for both of my plans. If was less than 10 miles from each and the hotel itself was clean and incredibly spacious.
Honestly, if I would have to admit… the shower head was the only issue really. But hey, it shot water out so it wasn’t that big of a deal.
