Noisy, dirty, no parking. Terrible terrible place

The price, considering it's location. Hollywood Blvd is less than a minute's walk away. Hollywood Blvd itself is a bit sketchy, but the hotel felt safe, and they have staff in the parking garage so you don't have to worry about your car.

Genuinely, No; this was my second stay here and it won't be my last.

Had a very pleasant stay! Staff was lovely to us. The room was very clean, tiny but good enough to just sleep in! The hotel is located right off Hollywood Blvd so it was perfect to access the subway and experience the nightlife during Halloween weekend.

Only [-] would be that the room was very small and could simply fit the bed and desk but like no space to sit at the desk and go to the other side of the room without crawling on the bed. It was a bit of a pain to open both our suitcases in the room!

The shower water pressure was great!

The hotel needs renovations. The lobby, the elevator and hallways are outdated! This is not a kid friendly environment.

2AM NOISE FROM ROOM ABOVE, WALKING BACK AND FORTH CONSTANTLY. CALLED DESK TO STOP, NO HELP, 3AM STILL NOISY CALLED AGAIN, NO LUCK! BARELY SLEPT. BOOKED 2 NIGHTS LEFT AFTER 1ST. DEMANDING FULL REFUND

Parking is limited and there is 20 per day charge which u had to renew every day

Nothing. Creeps hanging outside the front door. Scary

There was a Mexican band playing outside until 2am and our TV wasn't plugged in. Had no hdmi cord! We couldn't drown out the sound of the band! They could've put us on the otherside where we didn't hear it! Towels are awful.

The location is perfect

I was quoted $-- for 2 rooms n 2 nights and ended up paying $--- plus $20 a night for parking. Which is ridiculous

The staff were always on hand, helpful and friendly. Joseph especially went out of his way to make our stay comfortable

Although based in a convenient area close to subways public transport and food, the area is rough in the evenings with drug addicts and dodgy people hanging outside the hotel. The club behind the hotel also causes noise issues.

Location

No chairs or any seating in the lobby. No coffee in the room. No shampoo etc. In the room.

What I like best about this hotel is the location. Close to Hollywood Blvd, but tucked ever so gently away.

One of the staff members was rude to me. My friend was not allowed to visit me. The only one person I had to come see me, and he rudely says no visitors. Since when can an adult not have a visitor to their room. Otherwise it was fine.

It had a roof and walls making it slightly better then sleeping in the street

Filthy, disgusting, staff seemed to hate their job, there was no outside area or dog yard. Not even a dog piss pad the entrance looked like a port a potty had overflown

Pet friendly, no smoking, no carpet, friendly staff, early morning coffee and location!

The location

I was told it was free parking. It WAS NOT. They offered coffee, 3 out of the 4 days, coffee machine did not work. The staff was not knowledgeable. The room key would stop working each day. Had to keep going back and forth each day to get a new one.

It was within walking distance of the Hollywood Bowl

There is no early check-in and at exactly 3pm only ONE person sits at the desk to check-in the line of guests. Elevator out-of-order for 2+ days Parking lot full No toiletries or hair dryer

The only thing that was decent about this hotel was the location, it was near the Hollywood Stars.

The front desk clerk was extremely rude. Demanded my son's ID when the room was registered and paid by me. The elevator was out of order and had to carry luggage up 4 flights of stairs. No help was offered. Oh and the parking garage was "full".

Location and cleanliness

$15 to park for 24hrs if there are any spaces avail, which there was not the first day we were there. In the room: no toiletries, only soap. No blow dryer. Very thin walls, could hear conversations in the room next to us and walking in the hallway.

Room

When I booked the room online, it clearly mentioned that Valet Parking included. But the receptionist was very adamant on this not being true and I again had to pay for the parking.

the hotel was very clean!! i was very impressed with that. the room was super clean too and nice . the bed was very big and comfortable and the pillows were super fluffy and nice . very good room they gave us .

the stuff wasnt very welcoming, and when i called the front desk twice to ask a question they sounded like it bother them . but it could be that they were very busy that night. they were sold out and there was alot of action that night .lots people= noise

This hotel is not a Hollywood luxury hotel but served the purpose of being close to all attractions and was not overly expensive. The staff was very helpful to me (getting me a hairdryer and shampoo), as was the parking attendant (allowed overtime stay).

It should be noted that if you arrive in the evening, there is likely to be no onsite parking available. However there is a lot close by that could accommodate me overnight (for $20) and that worked out OK.
