CANDLEWOOD SUITES - LODI By IHG

I was not informed that there was free coffee and cream free for customers. When I try to pay for the coffee I was told that everything in the store was free of charge. At the end I was charged $11 dollars

The suite I had was a king room studio with an actual kitchen: full sized fridge, dishwasher, large microwave, stovetop, small appliances, etc. I didn't expect the excellent price to include a room like that! I'll be back with my husband.

Very minor: Construction on other new hotels next door made it a little hard to find, but it was worth it.

Easy check-in. Sufficient luggage carts. Friendly check-in staff. Room well-maintained. Liked the kitchenette a great deal.

No breakfast, but hardly a deal-breaker issue.

Extremely comfortable beds! Very quiet even with the construction near by.

I wish they had a Continental breakfast, or some kind of morning quick bite

LOTS OF ANTS. They were into everything in the bathroom and kitchen areas. Also, disappointed that there wasnt a swimming pool.

Staff, location, amenities and cleanliness.

Location, large room, and friendly staff

You could hear everything upstairs and neighboring rooms. Lots of dogs at the hotel this weekend so constant in and out and occasional barks you could hear it all from the room.

Not all the outlets worked, even when you put the key in. Shower head was aimed more toward the wall and it was hard to move without almost breaking it

Nice big room, and we couldn't hear other people inside our room.

A/C was noisy.

I stay at this hotel often and this was the worst experience. I stayed here to get sleep while traveling and the entire hotel fire alarm went off at 12am. Outside in the cold for an hour and then heard yelling on my floor for about an hour.

I would like to be reimbursed please.

It was very spacious and had a full size fridge and like the cups and plates available.

How expensive the Hotel amenities work and the lack of breakfast

Staff was very helpful and polite when we checked in. Room was very clean and the amenities in the kitchen area were more than what I was expecting. Bathroom is very spacious and over all room was just very comfortable. Definitely will be returning!
