Pool was terribly small room was not clean had no water pressure in shower lights were missing lite bulbs

The girl at the front desk was very pleasant

It was not very clean, especially the bathroom. There was slime behind the faucet, hair in the bathtub drain and the carpet was stained. Also, there was little water pressure in the shower- so little that it didn?t want to turn the shower on

Comfortable bed.

Front desk staff was apathetic and lazy. Had to remind staff several times to provide pool towels, pool area smelled like stale food and chemicals. Had to switch rooms due to stale cigarette smoke smell upon check in. Sink drain didn't drain properly.

Roomy and quiet

Looked for pet friendly hotel. Made the reservation. When arriving I was told they do not allow the dogs. Front desk made a call and said we could stay for an additional 150.00 in deposits. I couldn't say no since my rooms were already prepaid. Disappoint

The breakfast was great. Had a variety of food items to choose from. The jacuzzi was nice but where's the pool?

There were small black dead bugs in the bed sheets and a couple in the shower stall. I shook sheets off, thought nothing about it until the next morning when I woke itching on my arms and legs. I had many red bumps/ bites. Reported to desk but no answr

Close to my events. Easy access off the freeway. Breakfast was just OK... coffee weak, bland... The front desk man was cordial, but not a decision maker.

The heater motor made several bad gurgling noises, notified the front desk, they wouldn't do anything, and the hotel was "full" and could not move me... .... If it wasn't for the location near my event, I would not be going back.

Good location and freeway noise was minimal considering how close to the interstate it is.

Pool and spa are very small.

The wineries are nearby which is very nice and the indoor heated pool and Jacuzzi are wonderful we always enjoy staying at this hotel the office staff are kind friendly and helpful we will keep returning

It was clean. The staff was nice. The bed was comfortable. The location is good for travelers passing through and near a Starbucks.

The location is on the outskirts of Lodi. The sinks didn't drain well and the water pressure was low and took a long time to fill to take a bath. It was an average travel hotel. I was looking for something a little nicer during my trip to Lodi.

It was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Where it was located. Close to where I needed to take care of business.

It smelled like cigarettes and urine. There was a burn hole in the comforter. When I opened the window there was a cigarette butt in the window screen. I mopped the floors because I have little twins and the floors were disgusting.

Staff was nice and accommodating.

Non smoking floor smelled like cigarettes and marijuana during the nights of my stay.

The breakfast was amazing!! Loved that we were literally right next door to food places. Soon as I walk out, there¿s fast food restaurants and gas stations surrounding. The room has a microwave and mini fridge! Bed was comfy & room was spacious :)

The sheets had stains on them, tub was scratched up. The hotel was pretty small & the parking garage was tight.

Location

The food was awful. The room was either too cold or too hot - no control over temp. The hall was filled with humidity from the pool. Not a great experience. Old and Tired place

Beautiful property. It¿s like stepping into another country with the architecture & aesthetics. All of the staff are extremely helpful and go above and beyond. My room was exquisite, cozy, & quiet. The Tuscany tower is definitely recommended.

There was a very long line to check in and very few agents behind the desk. However in time more staff members came to help. I could do without the cigarette smoke that¿s inherent to any casino.

Everything i was in need of front desk clerk helped me with. No questions asked.

Breakfast was water, tangerine and a granola bar.

Size of the room and staff was awesome

Yes not being able to access the swimming pool and spa prices should go down since people cannot enjoy all the amenities due to covid 19

I liked best about this hotel the size of the room and the very comfortable king size bed. I haven’t had a bed this comfortable in so long. When I was there I felt so relaxed. I have a scoliosis really bad my back bends in four places.

The keys to the room sometimes didn’t work so good although I think it was somewhat my fault.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed. I liked having a refrigerator. The staff was warm and welcoming.

I was underwhelmed by the sack breakfast. Please make better choices available. The bed had a very thin bedspread so the first night I was cold. The next night I asked for blankets.

Best price. Best location. Very clean. Very courteous staff. Ease of use.
