Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Lodi - Wine Country Area

The hotel room and grounds were filthy. Homeless persons begging for money. The swimming pool had litter and trash floating.

Unsafe, bug infested with limited parking. Met with staff requested a refund, which was denied. We left went to a better part of town and booked another room. we stayed at this hotel during COVID 5 years ago and it was OK

Quieter than other local hotels because it isn't by the freeway.

Advertised as having a pool but it was locked up the entire time we were there. Very disappointing. Also weird to have guest laundry and an ice machine in the same room which cannot be accessed by guests with their key card past 10 pm. Annoying.

The location was sketchy. When we arrived, there were two cops in the parking lot. After they left a crazy person was yelling at the seedy smoke shop across the street. This went on for hours.

I paid for watches in planning for the kids to use the pool before we went to our event and then again in the am before check. The pool was closed. I would not have gone there if I had known

Our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night. Continental breakfast fast toast and or cereal

The quick service to get into your room and should you need anything the help will be there rooms are clean building is quiet staff is friendly and helpful good place to stay!

It was quiet. Near everything.

The beds were loud. That's about it. Simply sitting in the bed made so much noise

Nice setting, pool, parking access to room.

This place is tragic and has safety/ fire code violations. My friends room, the 4th (!) that was shown to her, the inside door handle came off when she tried the dead bolt. Safety latch bar was put on backwards rendering it usless.

The staff was not helpful with the TV functions coz giving us only CNN channel stucked with that channel, won¿t change channel so need help, end up turn off TV, got annoyed.

Air didn¿t work, bed bugs, roaches in room, I have pics of all, homeless ppl knocking on door wanting to use bathroom, was supposed to come with free breakfast and newspaper mon-Friday there was neither even though said on my receipt and also on their we

I did not like the homeless person sitting just outside I went to take off at 6:00 a.m. in the morning to check out asking me if I could let them use the room for a while then I did not like the bathroom there's no water pressure in that shower sucked.

The Location was terrible there is a night club near & loud music & people make noise, Just you could hear the people walking on your door & sound like walking on your head, walls very thin

It was clean and in a good location.

It was kind of shabby-should have been 2 stars not 2.5. It is MUCH lower quality than the other 2.5 hotels in the area.

It's very quiet, especially for the location.

It doesn't have free breakfast.There were a ton of broken things in our room,we didn't even have a coffee machine in the room.The room we were put into looked nothing like the pictures online at all.Management did offer to make things right.

The description said breakfast &internet so that's what was very important for me while traveling. I was told immediately at check in that there was no breakfast and it was discontinued. THAT WAS A BIG INCONVENIENCE. Also, had wifi trouble. Bed super hard

Location and access to nearby food, gas etc, as well as easy access to freeway. Pretty quiet neighborhood.

No access to ice machine except at lunch time.

The staff was friendly the cleaning staff was helpful with extra towels and cleanimg the room.
