Hampton Inn & Suites Lodi

I love the 24 hour coffee, and the staff was great and our room ways very clean.

Unfortunately the beds and the pillows were not comfortable

Location

The front desk seemed very unorganized. Lines would form, and the 2 employees manning the desk never acknowledged the line. A simple nod, or I will be with you shortly was not in their vocabulary.

It was clean, and our room was large.

There was no fridge or microwave in our room.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze, and the included breakfast was perfect.

It was in horrible condition! I paid almost $--- to stay in a room that had wallpaper falling off the wall!

Hotel rooms around the west side near the elevators have a noise issue. It sounds like a pump generator that runs constantly with bizarre noises. Quite loud.

Location was close to where I needed to be

The room was stinky, dirty, air was bad and shower was half broken. I got scammed by the name of Hilton!!!

Some of the guests in the breakfast area were terrible slobs who through food on the floor where others had to walk.

I liked the cleanliness and the comfort of the beds the most.

What I did not like was the specific room I was in the shower once turned on was quite rusty that the water only came out in a small stream. I also was awaken every 2 hours throughout the night due to a loud hum emanating from behind the T.V.

Yes I was lied to about the whirlpool tub. False advertising and I proved it and was not given a refund. I asked for a late checkout at 5.a.m. and said okay you have till noon. Then I got a call from a different clerk at 11 saying we have norecordofthat

That our room was right next to the elevators and we could hear every sound from banging walls to people conversing with each other.

The room. There were maybe 15 cars in the parking lot , so plenty of rooms were available. I booked two nights so I figured we would get a decent room...think again. The beds were so uncomfortable we didn’t stay the 2nd night & drove 4hrs home. room 214

Location and ease of check in was fast and smooth.

It was over priced for the area and star rating.

Megan and the staff were extremely helpful and our family enjoyed our stay. The location is also great.

Room was clean, seemed relatively sound proof unless someone was right outside your door. Quiet location, absolutely no traffic noise whatsoever!

Staff was ok. I thought the young lady that checked us in could have been more pleasent. She was short with me and her tone seemed like I was a bother. Cleaning crew the first morning were being very loud right outside our door while speaking Spanish.

Clean, bed and pillows very comfortable.

Breakfast a little sparse, front desk staff tolerant of guests, not necessarily glad to see you.

Breakfast included, workout room, not in the middle of the town/city, microwave and small refrig in room.

We had very "heavy steppers" above us, but I'm not sure if that can be helped.

Staff at check in desk in the late afternoon were rather surly. Staff person at check out was very peasant.
