Breakfast, I¿ve stayed a different hotels and the breakfast served was not good at all, eggs were rubbery no potatoes and fruit was limited

Very clean hotel, but Sparse and utilitarian rooms no-frills. Rooms could use a little warm and cozy :-)

Nothing after I was discriminated against humiliated disrespected and treated like a criminal thief because my reservation from you was never in their system they claim!!!!!!!! Dawn only cared about throwing me out on the street after showing proof I paid

I was treated so inhumane totally disrespected by Dawn who accused me of nonpayment called me several liars and refused to seebor accept the proof in my phone that I paid! She kicked me out because you failed to provide them my reservation info!

Th property was very clean inside and out. There is a great restaurant in the same parking lot of plenty of stores across the street.

the comfort of the room and location was near everything like food and shopping

the charged me twice. I checked in May 8th today is May 12th and I still haven't received a refund. This overpayment messed my whole weekend up considering it was Mother's Day weekend.

Great location, friendly and courteous staff, clean and comfortable rooms.

It was a very nice place the staff was excellent very friendly and helpful it was very clean there was always someone cleaning it was just a good experience I would highly recommend it

Facility had a baby shower/party going on. The staff felt unempowered to tell the large crowd to keep it down. It was more of a rave than a baby shower. The hotel has since reached out to me and said they do agree they need more rules in place for banquet rental.

The breakfast at this location was a disappointment. The eggs were horrible. The bacon didn’t look like bacon or taste like bacon obviously the usual cereal, milk, juices, toast were available, but overall it just wasn’t satisfactory

I believe I stated it in the upper question it’s backwards. The location was fine. It was near several retail locations.

I loved how spacious the room is and how felt safe we were in the area. There are closer restaurants and fastfood in the vicinity which is great. Free parking too. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

We just didn't like the breakfast. The eggs, pancakes and sausages were all obviously cooked in a microwave. It tasted like plastic. There were not much choices of food too. They only have coffee and juices.

The hotel staff was excellent. They greeted us each time we walked through the door. The bathrooms were very big.

Expensive. The continental breakfast was terrible.

Didnt eat breakfast. Never cleaned rooms or change towels without us adking snd then they didn’t do it we had to call down and ask again. Didnt resupply coffee or cups.
