- Unable to figure out how to use the bath tub. No staff to help me figure out the problem. I was not able to use the tub. I paid extra for a room with a tub and could not use it.
- The only thing I would complain about was the AC unit. It was a bit noisy when running but not too bad.
- I wish my room was cleaned - it was not while I was there.

The hotel was great because - not noisy - VERY clean - spacious rooms - decent breakfast

I was in town for a wedding and to see family. This hotel was close to the interstate and well located. It was nice and the staff was great and I loved my room. It was quiet and I enjoyed the breakfast and the staff.

The customer service and cleanliness is in point! Manual the manager is awesome he helped me get the Ernest hotel for my needs and made it easy for me to enjoy my stay.

Room had bugs but the staff happily moved us right away
The check in clerk was not as friendly & the room needed a bit more towels! When taking a shower in the morning hot water was not as hot!!
