We especially loved the large variety of breakfast choices. The omelet was moist inside; the addition of the sweet potatoes demonstrated a healthier choice than potatoes; and the juice availability was greatly appreciated.

No complaints other than staff maintenance need to look @ the water damage on the ceiling of Rm 227.

Great place to stay! Complimentary coffee/tea available in lobby in evening hours. Good breakfast. Nice rooms with large TV. Would stay here again.

Most hotel room doors do close loudly and some guests do go in and out a lot, which is no fault of the hotel. Using a you tube fan sound video helps to get to sleep.

The front desk people were nice

The bed sheet were dirty with blood stains, hair crumbs, and the pillow smelled really bad. I don?t think the house cleaning changed the sheets.

Close to the down town area, clean and free breakfast with a good selection.

The air vent was extremely loud which made it difficult to sleep and was needed due to the weather.

everything was good except for inside entrance to pool area. It was all taped over due to kids running thru that door without supervision. Would be good maybe to have a code or use door key. Sad that the parents couldn't control the kids.

The room was very clean and roomy for the price. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was very plentiful with a lot of choices to choose from.I would highly recommend this hotel.

not exactly close to downtown Livermore, but very close to freeway, which was convenient.

Very clean, updated hotel with modern rooms that included microwave and refrigerator. Quiet and not near a freeway. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice that coffee is away from breakfast area, but right around the corner.

Breakfast omelet not that great, but the scrambled eggs and potatoes were very good, although potatoes could have been browned. Bathroom door opens out to walking area near room entrance, a minor annoyance.

Very accommodating. Allowed me to place my frozen food in their freezer overnight. Was able to have early check in and late check out. Very careful about asking customers to wear a mask. Pool was cool but refreshing!

I got locked inside the pool area since my key auto expired.

Clean & nicely designed rooms

One of managers kept knocking on my door to tell me the check out time & that I needed to check out - even though I was checking out at the designated time per company policy. He also questioned that my dog is a service dog. Rude, unprofessional.

After four nights I thought that the sheets might be changed. After asking twice, we did get fresh towels on the third night. I realize that there is a virus going around, but what was needed I don't believe was involved in the virus.

Location and breakfast is great.

There was a fire alarm with strobe lights that started going off around 3am and continued throughout the morning so I was unable to get any sleep! The manager said they would contact you all to refund my stay.

Awesome place, so clean, everyone so nice, nice pool, small gym but it works, and breakfast is great, will stay here again simply for the great customer service from the whole staff
