They gave me a smelly smoking room at first then changed it when I asked. Then in the new room the toilet paper in the bathroom was not new and almost out. One of the towels had blood looking stains on it.

Decent Room and park area.

No towels, fridge or microwave.

Upon checking in, later that night the fire alarm went off several times. This happen two nights in a row. When reporting the incident to the front desk, we were told to remove the batteries.

Nice hotel, room was decent no complaints. They had warm cookies upon check in.

Location is close to the freeway, a little bit noisy if you have your window open. Some of the Nationwide news channels were showing on the TV guide in the room but did not work. Difficult time logging in internet had to call front desk for special code.

Large yellow stain on one of the beds, and the room smelled bad. No body wash, and then they brought us lotion to replace it. Two ice machines were broken. The pool was cold, and there was no hot water in the shower.

Did not get wake up call, did not get advance extension reservation request, no complimentary water, had to go to desk to get password for Wi-Fi.?no ice machines..

The decor was very stylish and new

We could see out of our door thru the door frame. There was a gap all around

The original room I got was still dirty, after I notified the front desk they sent me to a different room, which was still in the process of being cleaned. The day of check out, the hotel was shutting down water for some repairs at 9:00AM

Location and room was fine

No housekeeping service provided (knocked on my door at 4:30 pm while I was getting dressed and never came back). Breakfast was average at best.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.

There were a lot of small things that made me feel that the staff was not worried about guest comfort. Our TV did not have a connection to start with. They moved us to another room with the same issue. This room had old cups and things from the last guest

They allowed me to cancel last minute.

They were under construction and pool was closed which wasn¿t told to me ahead of time.

There wasn¿t a fridge nor microwave in my room, and the shower water had a gross odor too it

It was not far from the highway

It is located in a horrible part of town. I didn¿t feel like my car was safe at night. Under renovation but was never told that. The room was ok in terms of cleanliness but the elevators were disgusting. Looked like they never got cleaned.

Checkin male was rude, check out female was very friendly. Hotel is remodeling and had a huge pile of discarded sinks, chairs etc outside our room. Pool, Ice, and breakfast were canceled due to COVID which would have been fine had we known This before ch.

Adequately clean.

No staff could be found on-site from midnight until 2pm the following day! I was locked out of my room because I had left my room key in the room, and no one was around to help. No number to call. Truly dangerous should there be an emergency.

They charged me 3 times the price of the hotel room over a fallen smoke detector

The people working there were all fantastic.

The room was configured poorly. No electrical outlets within reach of the bed. Iron but no ironing board. No hook by the shower to hang towel when taking shower. Had to place the towel on the floor (not good).

price was good, room was almost very good except the room door did not deal well so there was noise from hallway. breakfast was great! Would have been perfect if they had restaurant open in the evening.
