Extremely clean with updated rooms and ammenities

The breakfast ?buffet? was limited and overcooked

Kind staff, cleanliness of room and hotel as well as the easy, free parking.

Charged for continental breakfast, but hotel rate was so good, I shouldn?t really complain about $10.

Rooms are o.k. air conditioners are very noisy. You can't sleep with on. We turned off. there was lot of noise coming from next door airconditioner. We were in room 151. I complained night Shift guy was very rude.they have no help to move from room to

I was pleasantly surprised by the location of the Hotel. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again.

I liked the location of this hotel

I did not like the decor of the hotel. The hallways have a horrible hombre paint with over bright lights that look like the hallway is smoke filled. I was not expecting the breakfast to be charged. I thought the bathroom and shower was too small for the

smooth checkin, friendly staff; glad there was food and beverage on site

Friendly staff. Also I was able to check in early because the room was already cleaned and ready. I like how we don't have to wait until 3pm to check-in.

There wasn't any complementary waters in the room. And I do noticed that the waters are being sold in the front desk for $1.50.

pillows bed clean

I did not sleep well. Door next to room to outside banged all night as people went and came back. Poorly insulated walls. Thank God the.couple upstairs slept! Baby in room next to me cried for 40 minutes--parents let baby cry itself to sleep.

I like the jacuzzi in the room. That way when you're done in jacuzzi you dry off and handle business in the bed.

Very clean & modern. Staff was very nice.

Wouldn't say the walls were thin, didn't really hear my neighbors, but people in the hall..OMG. A couple of teenagers hanging out near the elevator from 12 to 1 am. I put a towel at the base of my door and eventually turned on the a/c to drown them out.

I liked everything. The staff was warm, nice & professional. I felt very comfortable with the surroundings & safe. Very quiet place which was a plus for me. Very clean and I very much like your policy in relation to the COVID crisis. Thank you!

It was not that I did not like, it was more of an inconvenience in relation to closing of the hotel restaurant a week before Thanksgiving. I had to go out for breakfast & dinner.

It was modern and seems clean and the staff was professional

The staff and manager were very pleasant and helpful when we arrived. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. A definite stop if I’m in the area.

The inclusiveness.

The beds were comfortable however appeared to have one taller than the other. The website showed a sauna but sauna was no where to be found.

EXTREME CLEANING PRODUCT SMELL IN THE ROOM...CAUSED EYE AND THROAT IRRITATION SPOKE TO HOUSEKEEPING SHE BROUGHT IN FRABREEZE TO CLEAR THE AIR NO SUCH LUCK

Clean & quiet

The window shade still let a lot of early morning sun in. Would like to keep the room dark until I'm ready to get up

The staff was very polite and helpful at check-in and for any later questions that came up.

I could not get calls or texts on my cell phone--any signal was essentially blocked. Staff comments suggest to me that the way the building was constructed causes this problem but Hilton should do something to work around that structural issue.

Room was clean &comfortable.

The restaurant was a joke! The breakfast for $9.95 (we're seniors)was awful. I have stayed at hotels with complimentary breakfast that was so much better.The wait staff was had no clue. Not Hilton quality!!
