Front desk employee was nice enough to not charge the 150 deposit

Convenient location and price, staff was very friendly and helpful. It was perfect for what we needed, just a place to sleep. It was quiet at night and bed was comfortable.

There were little bugs on the floor and we had to ask for towels and more pillows, there were only 2 small square pillows on the bed.

Terrible experience my first room had roaches there where a lot of holes in the covers and also the front desk staff was very rude seemed like she really hated her Job at the roach motel

Window had no screen which is very dangerous as the room was on the 3rd floor. Bedding had cigarette burns in it. Room was non smoking. Hallway stunk like cigarettes

Location was easily accessible. Evening and Day staff were excellent. Room was Clean and bath products were just enough for my price was within my budget.

HVAC system was a bit old but once A/C was adjusted the room was comfortable. AC temperature needed to be adjusted by guest as it kept the room COLD

No wifi, security doors broken, staff when i checked in seemed to not care about my questions concerning security, neighboring rooms were very noisy

The front desk staff were great.

The room was dirty looking, hair in the sink, stained bedding.

Hot water was great in the shower. Room was clean, especially for that area.

Lots of kids running and playing in the halls late at night. Had to call the front desk twice before they made then stop. Almost checked out at 11 pm and would have requested a refund.

There was no coffee maker, tv a little small, there's no shampoo, most hotels have all this I think if you made these adjustments, would be a terrific place

The location is good, and this time, the air conditioner was quieter than the last time I was there. The room was clean.

The door has a crack on the framing so I had to push the door a little harder so it can close all the way
