Some guest hanging out on the parking lot. Kept getting up to see if my car was ok in the middle of the night.

Everything! What a BAD neighboor hood,the walls were disgusting! The TV didnt work the Phone didnt work has all broken missing all the buttons, it stuck like clorox and the pillows were gross.

Tedious checkin, dirty, broken equipment, damage deposit required

The bad part was the cumfy bed.

The first hour we got there, our host said the tv was acting up because the remote would not work. We ended up changing rooms. My deposit was a $50 bill. I got twenties and fives back. The amount was correct. But that isn?t my deposit money. The same bill

Run down. Cigarette burn holes in sheets. Bags of trash on balcony. Waking up to the smell of cigarettes - People smoking on balcony right outside our room in the middle of the night.

Worthwhile pricing for older Rodeway hotel. Room had new sink, Tub & Commode, quite cleanm small room. Housekeeping crew very helpful in both English/Spanish, Popular Supermarket behind Motel.

No Microwaves or Complimentary coffee. Outside grounds need improving.

Had a bathtub.

Lots! They switched my room 3x. 1st tv didn?t work. 2nd the remote missing/couldn?t change volume/tv on/off. 3rd the air conditioner temperature control panel missing. Couldn?t use heater. Homeless/druggies. Microwave outside/rain. No trash cans outside.

It was convenient for us, as it was close to where we needed to be. The room was adequate for us, as we only slept there.

The fact that the fire alarm went off on our last day at 5 am and continued to do so after that about 2 or 3 times.

The room was clean, the bed was fairly comfortable

The manager parked in the only handicap spot they was not handicapped, motorcycle revving their motorcycles

The room was very dirty, the hotel grounds were trashy. It's in a horrible location, as in lots of homeless people hanging around the hotel. People sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. Not a safe neighborhood. Staff was not helpful or friendly.

It was easy to book but the window didn't lock

Parking was crappy and the window on the room did not lock so I didn't feel safely leaving my stuff in there

Definitely roaches in the hotel, and shady people around the hotel.

Location. But otherwise it was horrible. Both nights in woken upon with a.bedbig on my arm and on the floor.and when I brought it up to.housekeeping thrnsaud in honour olsce.has no bugs.but seen them with my own eyes then when im told.recep I'll leave

I didn¿t like anything about this place they were rude from the moment I got there then the room smelled like cigarettes

The whole place and staff is just garbage all staff was very rude about other rooms smell like cigarettes they would not give extra pillows they just suck

It was the only one available for the price when we needed it.

The A/C was leaking, the room smelled like smoke, the towels had stains and the bedding had stains.

Everything was dirty from the floors to the bathroom walls and toilet and tub. Also the linens where dirty.

Internet did not work. Walls are too thin you can hear everything. Headboard is loose and noisy.

No microwave, coffee pot or no continental breakfast. All these were shown in the amenities. Very small rooms. We needed handicap with 2 beds and none. 1 bed for handicap.
