It was clean and was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping.

really nice hotel. great location to San Franisco. less than a ten minute walk to the ferry terminal to get to fisherman wharf pier 1

the only thing I would have liked is vending machines on the motels floors. they had a snack bar only at the hotel lobby.

We simply needed a place to stay between Napa Valley and Marin Headlands. This is a great location with brunch, yoga/cycle studios, juice shops and more all within walking distance. It's right near the highway- perfect!

The service from the staff; front desk, housekeeping. All of your people there are friendly and enthusiastic to provide exceptional service

The distance from the front desk to my room. Even after agreeing to give me a room near the lobby, my only request, I was given a roomote than halfway across the hotel, past the conference center.Also it's time to upgrade the bathroom to glass showers

Quite expensive for other stays I did that week. It felt weird that they charged 15 dollars for parking in a quite area. This was not clear when booking.

we did not get breakfast....I asked about it in the morning, having the breakfast was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel...I was given a menu with prices for the food. As there were 3 of us and I did not expect to pay, we did not eat breakfast at the hotel. Instead I had to go find a convenience store and get us some food on our way out of town. It was very disappointing actually.. I asked because the breakfast included was one of the main reasons for booking.

I didn't like having to pay for what was supposed to be an included breakfast.

Well managed, friendly staff, clean

The Staff was very friendly and courteous. Check-in was very efficient and I wanted to compliment the young lady who checked us in on Friday afternoon. Nice location across the street from Larkspur Landing with the shops and restaurants. An added bonus was the Farmer's Market on Saturday.

Hallway noise was noticeable and lighting in the bathroom sink area was insufficient. It would also be a nice amenity to have a closeup mirror for applying makeup and for shaving. The new mirrors that have perimeter lighting would be a welcome addition.

Great location, staff was amazing, clean rooms and facilities.

Convenient location to public transport. helpful staff. Maria at the front desk solved the original issue of not finding my booking as Booking.com had made the booking under my first name instead of my surname...a bit of stress for me until Maria sorted it out.

The room doors are too noisy when opening and closing.

Great location. Many good restaurants are across the street and easy access to Highway 101.

Unheard pool and extra charge for breakfast.

The location is great, near a shopping center and the Ferry. The breakfast is very good

I messaged the property to have the sofa bed ready as I was arriving midnight, however it wasn’t done at arrival, they placed me in a floor with the carpets recently washed and was damp and humid, I did ask for a change and they gave it however very inconvenient to go through this at midnight after a long flight.The hotel is not a full service hotel, they clean the rooms only every other day.
