- The ambiance was nice. The hotel was exceptional. Staff very friendly and helpful. A great getaway! Food exceptional! Beautiful view. Location perfect for getting to attractions, golf courses and restaurants.
- The setting is brilliantOn the water . Food really goodStaff very helpful
- The location was nice - right next to the mountains and on a lake.
Cons -
- Weekday continental breakfast could have had more choices like maybe eggs, bacon or pancakes. But all in all it was fine! It was just limited to toast, muffins, some fruit and juice or coffee.
- Breakfast was very limited Monday to Friday .The bar not opening at all Monday and Tuesday seemed odd
- The WiFi was not working and the toilet in our room was loose (it rocked). We were supposed to be discounted for the inconvenience but I haven’t seen anything yet.

The aspects of my stay and the location that I enjoyed:-pretty property; string lights on the trees, sparkly decor, lively atmosphere.-beautiful view of the lake.-easy parking-comfortable bed and huge TV-makeup remover wipes and lotion available- we didn't use the fireplace, but I thought that was a very cool inclusion- generally spacious room
Given how pricey our one night stay was, I am overall disappointed with the experience.-The WiFi did not work at all during our stay. When we mentioned it to the front desk, we were told maintenance had left for the day and to check for a white modem (there was no modem).-The room seemed like it had been hastily cleaned. The floor was sticky in places, there was a Band-Aid stuck to the bottom of the TV, and the bathtub had hair and stains. The bathtub was what really disappointed me; I'd chosen this property specifically because of how great the bathtub looked in the photos, and I was really looking forward to using it. There were some reddish brown spots on the bottom, which I initially assumed were just part of the porcelain (no big deal) but when I was wiping off the random strands of hair in the tub, the spots were also coming off.- If your stay says "Breakfast included," this does NOT include folks who are staying on Saturday and Sunday. The complimentary continental breakfast is only offered from Monday-Friday, and you have to pay if you stay over the weekend. I did not see this information anywhere on the listing OR in the booking confirmation I received, which just stated "Breakfast is included in the final price." I was told upon arrival. I would highly recommend making this information more transparent.- We stayed in a room right by the stairs, and the noise was very loud during the day. We could hear all the sounds from the restaurant downstairs: glasses and plates clattering, metal trays clicking, laughter, loud voices, etc.Other observations:- The tub was directly in the middle of the sink/bathroom area. No door, no curtain, no cover. The shower itself has a glass door (not frosted) one one side, and another door leading to a balcony on the other. The balcony goes up to maybe mid-chest, and I doubt properties across the lake can see into your shower, but you certainly feel exposed on both sides.
