Was a nightmare staying at this hotel. My guest were harassed, by staff while eating I checked out.found out they make photo copy's of your credit card so they can take money illegally from accounts we'll after checkout. I want a full refunf

The curtains are broken and windows are closed no option to open remodeling 1 st floor with caution tape curtains need to change non slip floors

Staff was kind and they upgraded my room since mine wasn't ready upon arrival. Very helpful!

This hotel is very nice. The room I booked was very spacious and very clean. The staff were all great, specially the person that checked me in, they did a great job.

Enjoyed everything about this hotel. There?s a bar with a great happy hour! Hotel is nearby the beach and restaurants. Staff were knowledgeable and polite. Parking was free and there was also a continental breakfast with delicious options.

Nice that it was new, but could still be cleaner. There was a smudge on the bathroom wall and the lotion was empty.

Beautiful modern, minimalist decor, comfy bed, ocean view at a distance, quick elevators, quiet, hearty breakfast including strawberry compote for the waffles and cooked oatmeal! Availability of food in the bar, including dessert. Wow!

The sliding door on the bathroom is heavy and hard to slide.

Easy friendly check in. Location is close to numerous stores and the beach. Bar in the hotel.

Close to where we wanted to go.The only suggestion is havi a shower chair for a disabled person.

No maintenance of room we paid enough to at least get fresh towels every day. We stayed 3 nights.

Everything was great, location had many stores & places to eat nearby, staff was friendly & welcoming, everything was so clean, breakfast was filling & had variety, there was always parking available, very close to the beach, overall a great experience.

New. Chic. Close to the beach. Close to my family I was visiting. There¿s a bar in the breakfast area.

I loved the location. It was close to Imperial Beach, lots of restaurants nearby and it was quiet. I enjoyed the fact that I was not annoyed by housekeeping trying every few minutes to clean my room but I could request items from housekeeping.

Was a nice new hotel close to family. Hotel was nice and clean. Room was big clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good and hotel even had a small bar. And was a decent price.
