Highland Inn - San Bernardino

Didn’t know under construction the only rooms they were using were dirty

nothing pool bad and dirty on bottom.people smoke in no smoking rooms!

i stayed 2 days.sunday check in.monday left at 8:30 am opened drapes took do not disturb sign off door!Came back after dark and the room was not cleaned went to office and told them and he said you didnt answer the door.i said i was gone all day !

Noise- heater/ac was loud. Location- right on street. Slept very little.

Location to San Manuel Casino.

Was booked to an upstairs room. Preferred bottom floor.

The staff was rude no shuttle to the casino not allowed to have guest in room the name of the hotel is highland Inn looks like a motel for ----- dollars I expected better services

Room was very clean. Hotel is close to restaurants, bank, stores, casino and gas station. Very happy with my stay at this hotel.

Everything was great.

It was clean, easy check-in and check-out process, very reasonable price. I also had a refrigerator in my room, which was nice.

There was no iron in my room, and only a few outlets for charging appliances.

Staff was helpful and nice welcoming specially the person on the front desk
