The shuttle to the casino was convenient.

EV Charging - You need more charging stations the same two vehicles were parked for my entire stay.

I stayed at this hotel because I was having my retirement party at the event center. I was extremely convenient to stay there.

Nothing, it was amazing. Staff was always very prompt to open and attend to the event center when needed.

Bartender was awesome one of the girls in the restaurant was way too chatty with the customers heavyset African-American girl. and she walked up behind me after I took a large bite and asked how I was doing

cleanliness and location.

No hairdryer in rooms. No free breakfast. No flexibility to check out at 12.

Water as cold.The internet was lousy!

Loved the location wasn't far from my destination.

Make sure the room was vacuumed.

Property was very clean and staff was very pleasant. Also that shuttle was available.

We had to pay for late check out . Paid an extra 100 for late check out , not even a noon check out was included as other places have. We didn’t use the shuttle there were too many people and wasn’t sure the last return time.

The room service food was delish! I love that theres a shuttle every 30 min to casino and back. So convienient!

Prices on rooms can get alil pricey on the weekend!

Loved the security guards outside the hotel and the free shuttle to Yaamava resort.

The restaurant wasn't open for breakfast.

Front desk staff rude and disrespectful We asked about a few minutes later from check out due to medical zoom call housekeeping said it was fine and front desk said that didn't work and charged the 25 and was so rude about it !then the man who said he was the supervisor when I asked to speak to a manager was so rude would not give me manager name and said he you've stayed here before you know the check out time ! Wow as a surrano member im very upset by this behavoir

The bed was a bit noisy and uncomfortable as did the floor

The room did not meet my expectations for the price. It was adequate at best.

The welcoming staff, the cleanliness, the location and the transportation to the Casino (as woman it was appreciated because we felt safe).

The mini fridge stopped working, but they came and replaced it upon us calling for service.

Rooms are large and nicely designed. Bed was very comfortable. The restaurant is excellent. Shuttle service to Yaamava is great and easy to use. Their schedule was very good never had to wait that long.

Little pricey but so much more reasonable than staying at Yaamava.

Clean, quiet room. Restaurant on site with good , fresh food. Lounge / bar on site . Shuttle service 24 hrs to casino.

No complaints

The room was exceptional, had a refrigerator,coffee, robes,toothbrush kit,shaver kit, etc. … I can’t think of anything else it would need. Loved that it had a shuttle to go to Yaamava every 1/2 hr.A Lounge & bar restaurant, so convenient.

Comfortable and easy access to all we needed

Not a lot of amenities. Bring your own things. Pretty basic, but clean

Had dinner. Very good server. Food was good.

Noisy people in next room. Loud & stayed up til 2:00am making noises. Very annoying & ruined experience.
