the front desk was nothing short of amazing!!! Her smile her hospitality and willingness to make sure my stay was as pleasant as possible couldn’t have been any better. Was in town for work I will definitely be staying here again next time .

it looks like that you stay at this hotel for several days they don't service the room every other day or they forget even if you ask at the front desk to have the room serviced, and they do not do it

I liked most of the staff and the guest, the bed, and the location .

My fiancé and I were in the lobby, and he was pointing into a door showing where breakfast is held n the morning. We were then approached by the director who was very aggressive and told us if we r not staff we can’t be there and asked if we need a job.

The bed was comfortable and I liked the bath.

When I booked the room me I booked it for a room that has two rooms with two king size beds. It had two queen maybe full size beds and only 1 room so I didn't get the room that I thought I paid for.

Breakfast was great loved the sausage but no bacon

Liked location. Close to a lot of restaurants. The whole place was clean and inviting.

The elevator entrances were a little tight when bringing up luggage dollies. The elevator entrances were also tight during the morning with other guests and cleaning staff filling the area.

Comfortable beds

I was given the room wrong, money was not compensated for the error. When booking was not advised the property was under construction, pool and exercise room not open. Site offers breakfast, but everyday the food ran out. I was advised the worker had cancer and got tired easily so we had to wait long periods of time for items to be replenished. I asked for my one room to be cleaned on 2 different occasions...it was not. I had to go to the front desk everyday to get clean towels.

Location is OK but not the greatest. Wrought iron fence surrounding property also hints of a possibly sketchy area.

Very clean room at check-in. Loved that carpet was so clean and plush and not old and worn. Comfortable bed and slept so well. Staff very personable. Free breakfast was pretty good. All in all a nice room

Room not exactly sound proof as advertised and it was a step in bathtub and not a step in shower as advertised. Some staff was talking very loud when cleaning the room across from our room early in the a.m. That happened twice during our stay. Should have an evening room staff for guests that aren't early risers or have evening functions. Never got maid service to clean our room even when I requested it.

The brekky was good and the same as with the location. We found ourselves lucky to be your guests in your recently opened hotel.

We just had some issues in the charging of the hotel fees but was resolved with the help from Capital One .

Building is new, beds were comfortable, nice breakfast room

We booked 2 rooms We stayed 5 days and in one of our room they didn’t clean our room Not even one single day , even after we requested service twice the other room only one day was cleaned, also we had a broken coffee machine that we told to the guy at the front desk all they say was that they were sorry! Not to mention that we had to run to get toilet paper because they only put up one single roll and towels because I guess they were too busy to brought it up to us. I hope they really improve because it is a nice place but they definitely need to work on their staff!
