Cleaniness

The smell of burning when you turned on a/c and smell of urine when you turned on heat. It was terrible. There were no hands or face towel, no soap. There were 3 bath towels and 1 face towel.

Front desk personnel are the best, management is the worst and this hotel should be shut down

Over 48 hours, no internet service! I had to check out 1 day early because there was no internet service! Breakfast had missed opportunities. No silverware, waffle make was not allowed to be used, no syrups. Rooms have body odor smell, room had ants

Th cleaning staff made the bed, emptied trash, and took out wet towels daily.

Needed cleaning improvements... dirty elevator. Carpets not all sanitary. Not all rooms had a clean HVAC system. Bad odors in some of the rooms. WiFi periodically a problem as well as TV's in the rooms.

Much better than any of the Motel 6s and Sure Stays that I slept at on a 3-week trip. Spacious room, G quality towels and bed linen. Lighting was G too. In-room fridge, m-wave, coffee maker. G quality breakfast offered bacon/eggs along with usual items.

I would certainly stay here again at this price.

Elevator is out of service for quite a while now. Breakfast wasn't good.

Every employee except the check-in clerk on Friday (05/23) between 4:00pm and 5:00pm.

The check-in clerk on Friday (05/23) between 4:00pm and 5:00pm. I didn't speak with her anymore, and my guest had to her for the rest of the stay. I've never felt so disrespected at this Comfort Inn in Hayward until Friday (05/23/25). I was so upset.

The location

Our room was in the 3rd floor and the elevator wasn?t working so they told us we had to use the stairs to get to the room

The friendliness and welcoming spirit of the staff.

The elevator was out the last 2 times I?ve stayed there but it was no big deal. I needed the exercise.

Location is great, few minutes away from 880 freeway, Target store just across the street and a lot of restaurants just a few minutes drive from the hotel

After our first night we found a cockroach inside the room. When I reported the situation to the front desk, the lady was apologetic and she moved us to a different room in no time. But unfortunately we found few ants crawling on the bathroom floor.

although we didn't use it much, it's positive the hotel includes some form of a breakfast.

the general manager Sudeep is unprofessional and extremely rude, a bully and misbehaved. It's unfortunate because the rest of the front desk staff was polite, professional and friendly. Due to the general manager, we cannot trust this hotel for anyone.

It was a multi-story motel with an elevator. Since I travel with a lot of baggage, that was important. The breakfast was good. There was room service/house keeping everyday. It was adjacent to the freeway and a large shopping center, with many services.

I can't think of anything.

Except the weekend young gentleman during check in hrs, rest of later hrs staffs are unfriendly, tight characters

Nice and helpful front desk staffs.

House keeping team. Checked into rooms with missing items last few times. Phone in room is dead. TV not working. Light and outlets were out. No towels, missing shower curtain, door needs WD-40.... All small problems you name it.

The staff are very nice. The room is very clean and also the hallways and the lobby. I can't say anything negative on this hotel.

Absolutely nothing.

This is the best out of the way hotel i¿ve been in ever and i¿m 51. The rooms are clean ; quiet and the bacon; eggs and toast in the morning is another reason why that i¿m still here. Look, try them out for one night and i guarantee you will be hooked.

Decent Location and room.

No hot breakfast! And the contents of food offered were shoddy! All other SureStay Plus I had before seemed had hot breakfast with much more decent contents. Big difference!!

Firm mattress, great price, and friendly staff

We came back for their bed mattress. My husband has pretty bad back issues. He had have to sleep on floor in hotel rooms because the mattress was too saggy. I worried about this hotel, too, but found they're fairly new and acceptable. Thank you.

We went back to room in afternoon around 3:40pm. Heard housekeeping people were talking very loud in hallway in Spanish and making witch laughters. Kinda creepy and it lasted for quite a while.
