I like that it is close to home

I got bitten by a flea hopefully! The water pressure, what pressure. Even when I called the front desk about it they said that is normal. They have weird housekeeping rules, they need 48 hours advanced notice? Where do they do that at? I wasn't notified

It was moderately okay. The breakfast selection was not the greatest. And I needed to stay in the room past check out to wait for my ride due to being disabled with a broken ankle and I was made to leave and wait in the lobby. The hotel staff had to pack

The room was very spacious and had almost everything we needed as a family for an extended stay.

The breakfast selection was horrible to say the least. Did not like that it did not have a quiet area where you could conduct business. The area did not look too safe either.

Cleanliness and spacious along with the front desk staff she was nice and helped with what I needed.

Best breakfast in town. Tons of storage in room full size appliances and a dish washer. Well stocked store on site. Dozen restaurants and Southland mall inside of a 15 min walk. Heated pool.

One of the on site clothes washers was down for a day.

Location

No maintenance staff for broken toilet at 10pm. We were offered a different room but it was so late at night we decided to remain in the room since we were leaving early the next morning. We were on the 4th floor and the restroom was in the lobby.

The room was clean, we got a pull out bed, but the bed didn¿t have sheets and the something in the sink in the bathroom was broken when I got there.

Hotel is new, in fact landscaping is not complete yet. Rooms are very clean and modern. Great television & has microwave and fridge. Comfortable bed.

There was a loud buzzing sound,like a generator, throughout my room. I checked fridge, a/c unit and it wasn't either of those. There are no restaurants visible nearby. They have just a few snacks in lobby. Glad for Uber Eats.

It was newer looking, clean and had plenty of space to spread out our things.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Smooth and easy check in

My room had soiled linens on the outside of the room with an unpleasant odor upon my arrival and there were mosquitoes swarming around the sheets and on my room door as a result. Definitely not worth the price I paid for the room

You can¿t make a call if you need something, their phone wasn¿t working. We always had to go down.

The staff was very nice!

There were spots on our carpet.

Nice hotel

This location was very well kept. The staff is very professional and attentive.

Additional fee for parking was understood but unexpected.

The continental breakfast was good. We all enjoyed the yogurt with the fresh fruit.

The car alarm that kept going off all night and kept us up was a bit aggravating. This was not the hotels fault though.
