Staffvis extremely Friendly, hotel is in a very safe area. As a women traveling alone, this is the perfect for safety and good family hotel. Cars are safe no parking fees. Freeway exit was very close by, stores, strabuck and 7-11 across the parking.

The woman who checked me in was very sweet

Hotel is outdated. Mattress is horribly lumpy. Did not sleep well at all. Will likely not stay here again.

Someone bust one of my truck windows and steal my computer and other personal staff my truck was parked right at front of 4 cameras and close from the lobby by the flags, but the manager told me was nothing showed at video tape system

I like the distance from my work site very short like 5 minutes away

I got my truc broken into and my computer and other things stolen, my truck was parked right at front of 4 cameras by the flags and was no video available to do the police report

The location and quality of the room,

There was a lot of noise and other guests going in and out of other rooms all day and night. Hotel should investigate outstanding noise issues and check to see where it's coming from.

Staff is excellent!

I was shocked at how dirty everything that you have to touch, light switches, door handles, tv remote, etc. Its very evident this hotel has not been cleaned and sanitized during this pandemic. housekeeping staff note wearing face masks.

I loved the location and the shops and restaurants around actually walking distance. Rooms are clean housekeeping staff went above and beyond.

The hotel in general is absolutely beautiful and I can only imagine how amazing it is when it’s in full service and all amenities an be accessed.

Yes the front desk lady was rude she did not want my credit card because it was prepaid and she said I couldn't stay there she called the manager he said it was okay they have taking money out for hotel but have not returned my incidentals of 150 that was

The staff was great and the beds were extremely comfortable!

When I checked in I was informed that the hotel now has a $100 deposit hold for each room (I had two) due to people having parties there. I was not expecting a $200 hold after prepaying for the room! This info should be on website.

Charges for wifi in room $30 for overnight parking

The shower head had very good pressure.

They charged me extra for 2 beds instead of one bed. In my 46 years I have never been charged for 2 beds instead of a king. Very disappointed!
