There was one elevator. It was busy . In during our stay our room no clean

Breakfast wasnt good . Location no good

The stafff was very friendly and the breakfast wasn?t bad.

It?s could have been cleaner. There were stains on the sheets

You get there they say it?s a 100 deposit then you get your statement finding out the took 150.00 off your card the hotel is run down they take your deposit for one stain on pillowcase and sheet they don?t even send you a invoice saying why

We had to change rooms because the first room smelled like mold and mildew in the bathrooms. The hotel ran out of water one morning for 6 hours The new room had stains on the carpet and the tub did not drain

Quiet location, but close to LAX and beach!

The room was very roomy I stayed two nights the service was wonderful and the breakfast was wonderful. It rained both days so I didnt get to swim.

I didn¿t give a 10 star rating because, I took that time to relax for a couple of days to relieve some stress I purchased the room for the spa bath and it didnt work hopefully the hotel with accommodate me.

The staff !

The carpet in the room was stained and very worn. The furniture very old and outdated. I could fine nicer furniture in a thrift store. The spout in the shower was loose and the lever to switch on the shower was working correctly therefore wasting water.

the only good part is breakfast.

the room is a bit of out dated, carpet is a little sticky, i was also forced to pay $20/day parking fee which is not stated when i booked the room. daily room cleaning has to be requested at front desk.

Little things that make a three day stay comfortable. Brochures of interesting places, maps, more coffee , tea and condiments in rooms , parking charge unnecessary, refrigerator leaking, 2 coffee cups in room for 3 days, breakfast not well supplied.

It was clean and handy

It had a fridge, the jacuzzi water was hot, there was a washer and dryer available for laundry. There was also breakfast included, which was greatly appreciated given I had my family with me.

The double beds say standard size, but they¿re not bigger than twins, that was the only downfall.

The price

We were on the 5th floor and the elevator was broken the entire time. With three little kids that got annoying and we changed hotels

Room not so clean and small . Amenities overall is just average nothing stands out . Service just ok no greetings nor staff not willing to help when we told them elevator took forever to open. Also we have to pay parking $16/night . Ridiculous

Clean room, helpful staff and great location.

1 elevator that holds 4 people in a 6 story hotel. I have a disability and if I ever stay here again I¿ll ask for a room on the 3rd floor and lower. Very difficult to get from my 5th floor room to lobby. Had to wait 45 minutes as 5 elevator cars went down

Room was really nice and spacious.

I WAS PARKED AT THE MAIN ENTRANCE AND MY CAR GOT STOLEN!! THE HOTEL STAFF STATED THEY COULD NOT HELP ME AT ALL SINCE NO CARS WERE TOWED OVERNIGHT AND THEY HAVE NO CAMERAS OUTSIDE THE BUILDING

I love how quiet the hotel is and the staff. Also the cleanliness of it.

I don't like the pillows

The bed was comfortable, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful, location was great and for the most part the room was clean.

The sofa had 2 big stains on it...I just decided not to sit on it.

No freezer in the room. also room phone did not work.

Location was great, staffs are accommodating and accessible. I have had nothing but a good experience each time I've stayed.

I understand that there is a pandemic we are currently dealing with, however I don't quite see how opening your pool and spa would increase a contamination potential. I really needed to use the spa for health reasons only to find out it was closed Monday.

Rooms were very spacious. I was not looking to spend a lot of money on a hotel room & this hotel fit my budget. I enjoy the fact that it was very close to the 405 freeway and other shopping areas like Costco. Beach near as well.

There was no continental breakfast due to COVID-19 this hotel only serves a granola bar, water, yogurt, and a big orange. I wish hotels would have prepared food to go instead. Separately, the hotel is very dated with old furniture.

The location was the best thing about the Hotel

They have extra fees that are not advertised.If you extend ur reservation they stack the fees including the deposit. They make a big deal on how they clean but but vents in the room; especial the bathroom are not clean.
