Hot breakfast was great!

Lady at front desk couldn’t make an exception as we had a lower tier member for two bottled waters. Carpet and wallpaper is not nice at all. And smell of hotel and room smells old.

Room was nice and clean. Breakfast is inclusive. Did provide additional check out time of 30 minutes when I requested it.

The price for this hotel is not always competitive. When it is, I will book it if I can. The TV monitors could be larger. Disappointed they did not have their baked cookies during this particular stay. Check out time too early.

Pool/hot tub not very clean and no towels

Front desk lady was nice. The place is decent if you just need somewhere to lay your head down, but overly priced.

Beds were firm/stiff, thin walls/ceilings, neighbors were loud, clocks were not working correctly causing us to miss breakfast. It would have been fine if it was consistent, i.e., an hour off, but it varied which I'm not even sure how that is possible.

Parking is NOT free. The good news is it's cheap. Checked in at 8:30 p.m. and still had to wait for a room.

Everything that could go wrong in my room did the parking is unorganized they charge for parking good luck finding a good spot they allow other guest from different hotels to park there too car charging port only one works i been here 13 days still broken

The beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and had a decent variety. The pool and spa were open and seemed to be relatively clean.

They do not advertise that parking is $10/day. They say you can park on the street but there is only room for about 10 cars on the street. The staff is not very friendly at all. The spa, while open does not get very warm and reeks of chlorine.

Staff is courteous. Rooms clean. Basic necessities were all met. Convenient in room refrigerator and microwave. Enjoyed the coffee available in the lobby and cookies upon check in. Indoor pool and gym available.

The front desk staff was super amazing super helpful and I really appreciate him. He should definitely be bumped up to Manager ! I accidentally left my tennis shoes in a room that I was previously and he literally was able to retrieve my shoes!

Parking was congested on the streets exiting and entering and hotel portico was tiny and hard to use.

They advertised having a shuttle to/from the LAX airport but when we arrived said they haven¿t had one in 2 years so that was pretty disappointing

I reported that the restrictions floor Had smelly wetness around the toilet that Stayed damp as Wipe it up several times.

Newly remodeled. High ceilings. High quality place. Fresh baked cookies in lobby. Breakfast was great.

Contrary to what was stated on the website, there was no shuttle from The airport which ended up costing us more than $100 in Lyft fares because of our arrival being during a peak time. Very disappointed in this and the man working at the front desk

The hotel and rooms are clean and in very good condition. I also like the hotel offers free parking and free breakfast. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap and lotion. I would definitely stay here again.

I liked the breakfast options. However, I wanted some pepper for my cheese omelet and the hotel only offered salt. An offer could be flavored creamer for the coffee. Their competitors close by have that as an option. Sometimes price is not competitive

3 people, only provided 2 face towels, asked for more but no one came
