The Miramar Inn

Great location at Miramar Beach. Within walking distance to the ocean and a couple of restaurants. Downtown Half Moon Bay is a 5 min tire drive.

The hotel room needs to be updated/renovated. At the very least, a good deep clean. Bathroom walls and ceiling had mold. Baseboards were dusty. Carpets were showing their age.

We were able to check in ealry. Front desk staff was nice. Room was nice/comfortable.

Dead bolt lock was broke. Hinges in bathroom were rusty/nasty looking. Bathroom door did not shut correctly. The "dining" table that was in the room had damage on the table top, it should probably be replaced.

The room was ready on time.Our room was large,clean, and quiet. The location between Half Moon Bay and Princeton is great.

Worst bedding. Bed sheet was too short to cover the mattress. Blanket was like being used for 100 years. Flat sheet had few holes on it. Pillow cases were Too small to cover the pillows. We ended up bought a quilt from the store. Towels were thin as rags

It was in a great location, quiet and close to everything

The bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke, TV remote would not work well and the mini fridge would not cool

We were taking a couple of casseroles to our holiday dinner and were delighted the refrigerator in the room was big enough to hold them. We liked the coffee maker and microwave in the room.

The towels were small and thin. Could have used another one to dry my hair. We needed an extra blanket at night because the sound of the heater kept my husband awake. Fortunately we had one in the car because there wasn't one in the room.

cont.breakfast area was a mess wouldnt eat there for free,tv was like a fishbowl on both sides for some reason,didnt use alot though,shower could have been a cleaner in between tiles.

Big room and comfortable big bed

Early check out, 11:00am. Used to check out at 12:00 noon

The distance to my work site was in close proximity.

My window opened up to a unpaved alleyway that is not controlled. The first night I showed up there was a couple of people "hanging out" in their car in that alleyway. After that, I never gained confidence of hotel security. Security is important to me.

Poor breakfast selections and terrible coffee.

The hotel was much nicer than I thought it would be for having a 2 star rating. I would give it a solid 3 stars. Room was very clean and everything worked. Water pressure was good and plenty of hot water. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay again

The building could use a little maintenance on the outside. Not bad but a little paint would go a long way.

Right off Hwy 1 close to the beaches perfect setting bed was very comfortable slept like a baby

Breakfast room had only 2 tables - far too small for number of people staying there

The tall ceilings and crown molding, in the room, was a nice touch. Along with the valences. Easy a/c controls and a good t.v.

The bathroom didn't have any air freshener to spray after using the toilet.

Large rooms. Clean

WI-FI weak.

Room was large and comfortable. We loved having the sofa in the room for extra places to sit. The bed was not too hard. The internet worked although it was a bit slow. The man at reception was friendly and checked us in quickly.

Dated, felt like it needed a deep clean.

They didn't even make the bed for us after the first night.

room smelt like dirty socks.

The parking lot had weird little islands that were hard to see, it seems like they should do some thing to make those cement curbs more visible to drivers.
