Private, quiet, wine, sherry and brandy were a nice touch. Great access to the downtown area and the highway.

Needs some updating for items like pull cords tassels being in disrepair, jets in tub not working, electricity flickering in the room.

I appreciated that the staff was very friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. There is no thermostat in the room, but it was very cold that evening and they had the space heater turned on and warming the room already when we arrived.

The bathroom was awful. The shower head was like an outdoor campsite type and the shower itself is so tiny I could not comfortably shower. It was also very loud Saturday. The noise seemed to be coming from a nearby bar or something.

Location

We had several concerns with the hotel. No heat in the room, no TV, shower faucets were not working properly. I would not recommend this hotel. When I contacted the staff after our stay they were not helpful and accused me of ?bribing? them.

The hotel is very quaint, filled with antiques and comfortable spots. The rooms are also old fashioned while the bathroom is awesome~large and modern. We enjoyed the patio and gardens and the convenience to Main Street. We were able to walk everywhere.

There needs to be an instruction paper on how to operate things in the room and how to lock and unlock the doors, use the tv and fireplace. It is very frustrating to come to a place especially when it is so expensive and not know how to get things working

The flowers The free parking is free, since it is parking on the street, not a parking lot.

Stated refrigerator was well stocked, NOT. It is also stated, breakfast is provided, there was no breakfast provided on the property. We were given a voucher to a local restaurant.

Horrible experience !

The hotel services was horrible. There was no one to check in and the electricity went out in the morning of my stay. When I called the front desk there was no apology or anything, they just said they didn¿t know electricity was going to be out.

We loved the complimentary wine/brandy/sherry plus all the games they had out to play. The location was next to a lot of bars/ restaurants. Super cute room loved the wall paper.

The ceiling had smoke stains in our room.

The location to downtown was great. Doors all had keypads which saved us from messing with key cards. Room was clean.

It didn¿t have air conditioning, the tiles were cracked on the bathroom floor and I didn¿t find the bed comfortable. It advertised a sea view¿its more like a parking lot. We tried sleeping with the window open but the lights from the street were blinding.

False advertising for this place. No sea view, no mini bar, no private patio. Some of the pictures online do not match the property. It¿s a scam. We wanted our money back and the inn (more like a room in a house) hasn¿t responded to us.

Outside garden was beautiful. Host spend 10 minutes asking my husband about breakfast, all he got was fritata which he did not like. It is not worth the price.We paid $--- for king size bed with extra $200 we could have stayed at Ritz. Not worth the price

Mattress was lumpy, bed frame creaked every time I turned over, shower was inside old European style bath tub with curtains hanging inside the tub. Furniture was second hand or very old. It is expensive for what they provide. It is not four star, most 2.
