What a lovely little hotel. Clean, nice room with an unbeatable view. Gualala is a lovely little town and this was a great place to stop.

Great location and view of the ocean. Recently updated rooms. Very friendly staff.

The front desk staff person was super nice and helpful with her recommendations. I left my phone in my room when we checked out and she remembered where we told we were headed (to lunch at a nearby Cafe before starting our two hour drive home) and she tracked me down to return it!

I can't complain about any bit of the stay!

Everything was clean, there were plenty of towels and a nice fireplace.

Wasn’t a huge issue, but we didn’t have anything to put our suitcases up on.

Easy to book and check in, the front desk ladies were very nice and can’t beat the view.

Room was large and comfortable with an amazing ocean view. They also welcome dogs. The manager even gave us a bag of homemade dog biscuits upon arrival.

The location in Gualala is great.

Unfortunately they were working on drains or road right out the window. That should have been mentioned. I’ll try it again next season. Hopefully work is done

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is great, very close to where I needed to be. Easy, plentiful parking. The room was clean and quiet.

the manager knew we wanted to go to the kitchen shop and later she knocked on our door with information. The gardener offered to carry our bags - very nice facility!

Wow! Keurig coffee equipment in every room!Special custom bedspread, and throw pillows make the room seem beachy. Being able to see the sunset into the Pacific from every room was a big reward and surprise.

The room was very clean, enjoyed the fireplace and convenient to restaurants.

They were doing construction on right outside our windows, could not open curtains to get air and no A/C in room. Plus thought ocean view would be better

Spacious pleasant room with a view of the sea, comfortable beds, generous bathroom, easy check-in, excellent restaurant recommendations.

Our street-level room got a bit of noise from nearby construction, and the smoke alarm was so sensitive it went off when I opened the bathroom door after a hot shower. Hardly major complaints.

Office staff very helpful and supportive. Clear instructions on amenities and use of available service.

Due to shorthanded staffing, continental breakfast was no longer provided, as well as shortened office hours (closed for lunch 12-3pm). Not a deal breaker for us.

Convenient Location adjacent to highway with view of coast and close to restaurants and amenities.
