No staff around, ac was hard to use, no utensils in kitchen

Main road location. Walk to restaurants. Parking is good.

Room was very small. Very little room to move around especially when luggage is in room. Bathroom is restrictive. Price is excessive for the accommodations.

Right on the bluff of the ocean with lovely views from several outdoor seating areas. Restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Adjacent to bluff walking trail. The check in process was very smooth and the lady friendly and helpful.

Beautiful setting, grounds and room are spotless; cute, sweet accomodations by the ocean. Very nice grab and go breakfast. Management was gracious and kind.

Very uncomfortable bed. I think we got the handicapped room, impermeable mattress. Huge bathroom with equipment for disabled.

Location and view was outstanding

Bed was different from what I'm use too! The bathroom toilet was not secured to the floor,I informed when I checked out. Did not like the refrigerator & microwave in the closet in bathroom.

I booked the room for two nights but the office lady got mixed up and threatened to have the sheriffs remove my belongings. She was not very nice or professional until she realized it was her mistake!

Price was higher than advertised. Room very small.

Great view of the ocean and quick walk to multiple restaurants and markets. Great fire pit area and seating area to watch the sun set. Delicious pastries for breakfast.

No hair dryer! Just a whole on the wall where it used to be. Bathroom mirror needs to be replaced. Streaks across the entire surface.

Picturesque location on bluff above Gualala River and Pacific Ocean. Free home-cooked breakfast - way better than your standard motel breakfast. Pet friendly.

Location is great. Staff is super friendly. Sitting at the firepit on the coast is always a plus. Average rooms, certainly nothing fancy. But if you like a quiet little (and I do mean little) town, this is a good spot.

It's located right by the ocean. We could see the waves from our room. Terrific breakfast and very friendly management.

Room was tiny and noisy, we added a day to our stay on arrival. When the morning arrived we wanted to leave but we're told at 8:30 am that we could not cancel our room unless they were able to resell it by 8pm that day.

Convenient location, nice staff, pretty good breakfast (delicious waffle + decent eggs/sausage/OJ).

A few things could use updating and sprucing up. Was expecting a little more for the 2.5 star rating.

Location, location, location.

Too small. Advertised as ocean view and it was only I had to open my front door. They only have 3 oceanview rooms. Property is not warm and welcoming. I love the town but would not stay there again. Black hairs all over bathroom. Disappointing.

Room was very small, but very well-appointed. Excellent outdoor amenities and excellent breakfast.

The staff was the best. Location and view were great. The place had some charm and the breakfast was perfect for me.
