- I made the reservation based on the fact they now had a restaurant. I contacted them to verify they did but they didn’t get back to me! By the time I called back and was told they did not have a restaurant it was too late to change hotels!
- No one greeted us at check in. The kid just asked for id then proceeded to ask if we had pets or smoked. When called out the older woman said ¿He¿s new so we need to be patient with him¿. Courtesy should be the first priority.
- Rooms on the street side a bit noisy.

lots of exits to porch and balcony equipped with chairs, tables and ashtrays!!
No lift, rooms have no tables, no chairs, and have very old squeaky beds
I liked the antique furniture The problem, I don't think it was elderly or handicap friendly, far as getting to rooms was difficullt. I was afraid to take a shower, as it had no things to grab on to make it secure. (should have put down below, sorry.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean. Price is a little high for the conveniences. Great location.
A good breakfast
Rooms were small. TV was smaller than a lap top. Hotel is over 100 years old and not kept up very well. Forgot to put light bulb in only lamp in room. Beds were single/twin size and quite high making it hard to get in and out of. Hotel needs maintenance
