Very clean

I don't like that we couldn't take breakfast to our room. It's not pleasant to start the morning being rushed to eat with a bunch of strangers.

The convenience of the location, the shuttle service, the room, the staff...EVERYTHING!

Hotel was clean, could see the staff actively cleaning every detail of it, hallways, elevator, lobby etc

Our rooms AC did not work but we only mentioned it to them at checkout so no worries. Opened the window a bit and were fine. Breakfast was average, one morning they had chicken nuggets?

Location

The temp control system in the room did both work. The shower had a leak. Did not switch well from bath faucet to shower head.

Location was decent, close to the 405. Breakfast was good, rooms were large.

There was no access to the pool from inside the hotel. You had to go outside to get to the pool area

The staff is amazing! The room iwas very clean and comfortable!

Our A/C unit didn?t work but we didn?t ask for it to be fixed so it was our fault! It was late, we didn?t want to change rooms!

Everything was so clean. Breakfast was good with friendly, helpful staff. Comfy bed and great pillows.

They didnt have the waffle machines running every morning. The eggs were very good .

I have stayed at this hotel before. They have kept it really great. The only disappointment was breakfast, the hotel got cheap on the breakfast, you use to have a great breakfast in previous years.

Breakfast, the only good thing was you had eggs, what about real potatoes for breakfast.

The price was a little high

The hotel is in a good, but not great location. There is, however, immediate access to the 405 freeway. The room was larger than expected, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is free parking and complimentary hot breakfast.

There was nothing particularly wrong with the hotel. My wife and I have stayed here before and will likely stay again.

Not up to ayres standards. Service is somewhat poor. For example the breakfast does not have enough seating yet they explicitly prohibit you from bringing food up to your room. Why?

The room was very spacious, and clean. The staff was very pleasant, and accommodating.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was great. Refrigerator And microwave in the room. The breakfast was fantastic. Also the food from the restaurant was so good. Definitely will stay here again.

You advertised a full kitchen and indoor pool. There were niether. Called to complain and was told I would hear back in 5 days. I have not heard anything

Staff was curtious and professional, The room was very clean and comfortable, I enjoyed my stay very much and will book this hotel whenever possible.

The staff was great. I asked for an early check-in and was able to be accommodated. The coffee in the lobby was available when I arrived and when I left. I was very happy and comfortable.
