Ye Olde Danish Inn

The location and the room was very cozy. We would definitely stay there again if we are in this part of the state again. The town was very charming.

Elderly couple in the front house. Make sure you don't get there late or at least call while you have cell service.

The Copenhagen suite was just comfortable and met the needs of my family well. Its location, up the hill from Ferndale, had nice views, and we saw a deer in the garden in the morning. It was an easy walk to downtown.

Our drive was long and we arrived a bit after the typical checkin window. The innkeepers did let us check in and were kind, but they didn't encourage us to use the common room displayed online.

The owner was very kind and the location was walkable to town.

The double bed was against a slanted wall which made it difficult to get in or out of bed without hitting one’s head, but there was a queen sofa bed so I slept there.

Staff was friendly and attentive. We felt like we were family staying in a guesthouse out back. Views from the property are very nice. Very comfortable for a couple and their toddler.

Only thing I would wish for was a tiny container of dish soap (not hand soap) so that I could rinse the bowls/cups we used.

We were attending a major car show in the area, and this location was perfect for us. It was totally private, cozy and quaint, and had tons of personality with floral highlights and everything we needed to feel at home. They were so welcoming and kind. We enjoyed watching mama deer and their fawns right outside the door. The view was amazing. It was extremely quiet. The bed was firm, which was perfect for us. Plenty of hot water, towels, extra pillows and soft blankets. Don’t even think of trying to get this place next year at this time! I will fight you for it! Thank goodness there are two suites available…loved it!

Nice, unique and private location a couple minutes walk from the main street in Ferndale. The couple that owns the property were super friendly. Lots of deer, hawks and small birds around the balcony and the atmosphere made this stay on a roadtrip from Seattle to San Diego a perfect resting place.

Beautiful stay in a cozy place. My partner and I enjoyed our time in Ferndale and the Danish Inn. Will come back again for an extended stay since this is an absolute gem.

It was cozy, comfortable, and so cute. The views from the deck alone were amazing. The decor was darling and made it really easy to settle in and enjoy.

Everything! The deck, nice size bathroom, and windows seat were some of my favorites.

Steps were a little slippery. A one cup coffee pot would have been conveinent.

The Family Room was so cozy and sweetly decorated, with feminine florals seemingly covering every inch of the place. The pretty fireplace is only decorative (due to safety), but the heater worked very well, and it was so comfortable to curl up with books on the comfy couch or reading nook under one of the sunny windows. The inn has a kind innkeeper and a lot of nice character that makes you feel "at home". I look forward to returning someday just to relax in this charming space, and also enjoy the lovely patio when it's not raining!

The bed was a bit small (a Full, just as advertised), but since I am a small girl traveling solo, it was totally fine. If my husband had been staying with me, we would not have both fit though.

Perched upon a little hill overlooking Ferndale, we found this gem, to our delight, quiet and just a stone’s throw from town.

The owners were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Location is a block from the Main Street which was nice, as well.

I enjoyed my stay at this location. The property is beautiful with flowers, fruit trees and a great view of the valley. The owners were friendly and helpful. The bed is very comfy.

The apartment is up a flight of stairs so not ideal if you are unable to climb stairs.
