Breakfast food is always the same hash browns not good. The Mexican egg omelet not good.

elevator was not working, but the staff helped carry our luggage up to the 3rd floor.

Noisy upstairs stomping all night and day. Early morning event next door with loud music, loud kids in pool in am, elevator broken. Early morning doors slamming from housekeeping and stairwell traffic.

We were disapointed in a clear lack of concern for excellence and guest experience this time; the grounds weren't maintained, the hallway carpets were filthy, seating in lobby were damaged and the pool was out of order for over 3 days.

It was right in the middle of the town center. We could walk to everything.

Breakfast ended too early. The suite we booked was small and lacking accommodations like a separate sink other than the bathroom. The trash cans were really small and no outside trash cans were seen.

The pool was. Supposed to open at 8 and it wasn't ready to get in to you.Tell check out and me and my wife was really looking forward to getting this ball.Cause we had been on an airplane for many hours

It's location in the heart of El Dorado Hills' Town Center, close to many services.

The room decor was a little dark and plain for my taste, but that wasn't a big deal.

The room was not clean, bed was uncomfortable, and there was an altercation between a guest and staff member when I arrived.

New & clean In a great location. Nice pool & patio area. Able to walk to several nearby restaurants, shopping & entertainment.

I asked for a top floor room. The desk clerk said the only room available had a ?bad view?. I asked what the view was from the bottom floor room. He said it was of the courtyard. I was looking directly at cars in the parking lot! No need to lie!

Employee friendliness, clean, convenient location.

Commodes were too low. Shower water pressure wasn't very good.

Location

1st. floor room. Was right next to sidewalk with busy walking traffic so we could not leave our shade open.

The location was great. In walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The heater is unbelievably loud. No reviews stated that the heater was a monster and that it would be not a quiet nights sleep.

We loved the location . Hotel was nice & breakfast was a bonus. The room was spacious & we appreciated having a mini frig ,microwave & keurig coffee maker.

The area by the frig & microwave was very dark. We also did not get our room cleaned one day even tho we asked for service. The bathroom also needed more towel bars.

We were so pleased with this beautiful and elegant place. Thank you!

Elevator was not working¿ we are both dealing with disabled knees; so, taking 2 trips up and down the stairs was a struggle.

The location was central to our choosing this hotel. The ameneties did not disapoint.

Unfortunately we had a little ant problem. The staff came and quickly cleaned the problem and we had no more ants.

Did not like at all my experience with them was very bad front desk did not let the guest no anything we miss breakfast the first room they put us in was dirty the second room had no phone housekeeping sucks there
