- The ambiance
- It had the quality of a corporate hotel, but the charm of in independent.
- First rate from the time we arrived till the time we left. Great staff, clean comfortable room, great restaurant. Great location for going to a play at Sagerstrom sand for shopping at South Coast Plaza.
Cons -
- Bath under sink was dirty.
- No disclosure prior to booking for $40/day parking
- Yes - no hot water one morning. Also - the a/c seemed to struggle to cool the room.
