In our 1st room, the sofa bed mattress had stains on it. Took pics Mngnt put us up in the last room Pnthouse. Rooms were clean, pretty. Brkfst was delicious. Overall very pleasant stay. I did see the staff remove the mattress. Gym was fantastic!!

if they can install commode showers just like they have in hotels in the middle east. They call it their Muslim showers.

Kitchen fully stocked , large fridge. Clean bathroom, good shampoos and soap. Small Dog park inside complex..no password needed for wifi.

Used mask left in drawer on top of kitchen utensils, shower curtain left in front of room door.

Requested a late check out the night before, but daytime manager was not aware and knock on my door and to notify us of the checkout time. When told about the agreement the night before he stated "I'll okay it this time" like he was doing me a favor.

just the fact that you have to pay $20 a day for parking and there was like so many spots available and with the Coronavirus going on right now, and economy way down I think that should have been waived.

The staff,very kind and very friendly. The room,we were five,we had lot of space,everything was perfect. Our flight was very late and the staff at the reception allow us to stay in the room until 3pm the last day. Very professional,we'll be back.

We like everything about this hotel.

The room was immaculately clean. Very comfortable. Great size. Pretty good breakfast. I m a little pickier when it comes to eating, but we brought food and there is full kitchen, so no problem.

My husband thought it was a little noisy near the highway and above us people were walking around. I had choose an upstairs room next time to avoid that, but the noise did not bother me.

Great service - very accommodating-Let us check in very early which helped us out a lot. Excellent rooms with two bedrooms and two full baths. Complimentary breakfast was great. Have stayed here before and will again. All employees were excellent.

Would be nice if they had designated rooms that they do NOT allow pets into.

Room setup and available in room amenities. Great showers. Very quiet and daily housekeeping was very impressive

Our room was not ready upon arrival at 6pm (checkin 4pm) the response from the front desk staff was less than apologetic or helpful in the matter. Breakfast was average, but made worse with styrofoam plates. Our room smelled smokey from outdoor smokers

The hotel clerk that checked me in was SO very nice, accommodating. I think  The breakfast was wonderful.

Two women behind the desk on Friday a.m. were cold, and unfriendly. Seemed unconcerned the jacuzzi was not hot at all. Asked the maintenance man, he told her why, she never told me. I overheard. She never apologized or seemed to care.

What I liked best about this hotel was that we were close to everything even a great dog park - Bark Park. It was so quiet that one of my dogs who takes his job seriously never had to bark.

The only thing we did not like is there are no elevators and we were on the second floor. We are old and not in as good shape for stair climbing.

The staff was extremely helpful... good customer service. Needed extra towels and received them right then and there. The morning breakfast was great. Fresh waffles with coffee always hits the spot.

I wasn't there long enough to enjoy the super soft bed...

Continental breakfast was pretty good. Staff was very helpful, and place was clean.
