Location and proximity to all the activities I had planned for my birthday celebration

They did not clean the room when I asked. There wasn't enough towels and the housekeepers came in just to take the towels, didn't make the beds, clean the toilet or tub by day 3 when requested. I asked for a plunger and I was given the wrong kind.

The location

The breakfast. The bed. The shower pressure. The stains all over the floor. The room not being clean and housekeepers asking for tips.

FNice clean, big room with a kitchenette and coffee maker. It was great to have cups instead of paper coffee cups. The halls are wide and bright.

Room was well maintained and had all the facilities as advertised.

Lobby and common areas have strong chemical smell. Very irritating. This is not just when they were cleaning; it is there at all times. Breakfast egg has no taste or flavor. Other breakfast items were not that good either.

Friendly staff. The large clean room. The comfortable bed. The hot breakfast. The location.

The room was a suite w/ kitchenette and full refrigerator. Also provided coffee 24/7 and breakfast in the am. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were pretty quiet. Exceeded expectations!

The hotel was spotless and its proximity to dining and other things to do (Dos Lagos) was super convenient. Every single staff member encountered or interacted with was friendly, professional and welcoming. Made me and my family feel at home.

Nope. No complaints, at all... except one small one. Wish they had pancakes in their free breakfast but that's just because one of my little guys prefers them to waffles.

The hotel made false advertisement about free parking on booking

Had an altercation with another person @ breakfast he was very hostile that’s the only thing I didn’t like

The One person. Was racist and hostile commmon is a suite stay we all all their for a reason it sooooo sad

Local Free breakfastVery accommodating when we realized we needed a longer stay. Plenty of parking

In order to get any breakfast, had to get up pretty early in the morning.

The walls are very thin. I could hear everything going on in the room next to me, including playing loud music at 1130 at night and their phone vibrating and going off at 3 in the morning. Upstairs sounded like they were bowling and moving furniture.
