Ayres Hotel Corona – Riverside

friendly staff, clean lobby, parking lot, and rooms.

rooms feel aged - they need a facelift in both room technology and look / furniture.

Room was large & clean.

Looks somewhat lower end on the outside. Lots of retail out front & next to freeway. But it was set back from the street so it ended up being quieter than anticipated.

Room was dirty. The restroom had yellow stains on floor. The bathtub was dirty and drain stopper was broken. Carpet was filthy and room smell dirty

Great customer service. Great location. breakfast is yummy. I have stayed there multi s and will continue !

The Jacuzzi, the staff , the breakfast and the room it is the hotel that my woman and I had our first night together and have been going back sense we love everything about this hotel Amen.

I didn¿t like the breakfast at all. The food looked appetizing but the taste was definitely a let down. I thought the high cost for the stay equaled out because breakfast was included but boy was I wrong! ¿¿

It was clean, comfortable & well maintained. When I checked in I told staff I had an ESD, she is important to my health she alerts when my blood pressure is dropping too low, I had the paperwork on me & twice asked if they wanted to see it & was told no

My dog gave a warning when another guest got to close when passing in the hall, that¿s what dogs do. There was no aggressiveness or bite, the guest must have said something,staff was very rude to me, told me to never come back I was scared and sick the

Spacious room, good decor , great breakfast.

The breakfast was consistently delicious, the staff was very nice and professional, and it was quiet at hotel. There weren't any noises coming in from the outside (e.g. traffic noise, train whistles, etc.).

The staff is great, very helpful.

Every once and a while, it was noisy; not the hotel¿s fault but it might help to have some sort of reminder to be quiet after 11:00pm

It was clean, except for the partially used toilet paper roll and the unwrapped toilet paper roll in the bathroom. The person who used the toilet paper before you had germs, and the maid's hands may have been germy when she unwrapped the other roll.Gross!

The room was suppose to have a microwave in it, but it didn't. The staff wasn't very forthcoming when we asked if the hotel had a pantry to buy a snack from, and a partially used roll and unwrapped roll of toilet paper were in the bathroom (unsanitary).

Of the four different hotels in California we stayed the Ayres Corona East was the overall best , from cleanliness to value!

close to the freeway, close to restaurants and everything basically. All the staffs were nice and sweet and it was pretty safe at night as well. Hot shower worked great and everything in the room was so clean and nice. Water refill station was so generous

walls were too thin, and i could literally hear everything from other rooms of all direction. i could hear someone slamming their door, and their conversation as well. other than that, nothing pretty much!

Only negative was small red stain on carpet . Looked like nail polish ?

it had a homey feel nt tooo big but not claustrophobic either loved that it is centrally locted and the freeway as well as other shops are right there for easy acess

It was clean staff was pleasant...

Someone tried to break into my room after telling the desk..they told me I could have a late ck out..but after that who can sleep I ended up leaving at 8 am.. So for the future..won't be staying at this location..a reimbursement would be nice.never offer
