That I didn’t sleep in the parking lot

I did not like the motel didn’t have AC the room smelled foul like wet dog very horrible

No air said it wasn't working there was no unit in room. Paid for two queen beds only got a single

There was no human being in the office when I tried to check in. I had to deal with multiple men with limited English language skills - all via video connection. None of them were willing to send me confirmation of the transaction

The Ac did not work at all there was a notice on the office saying there was no ac in any of the rooms working it was very hot that day I had already payed an could not cancel

It’s the second time this hotel has no Ac when the temperature is 101 this is not okay. Last time it took over a month to get a refund this time I don’t know. I know it’s my fault for trying to stay there again, I figured after 5 months it would be fixed.

No air conditioner no microwave no mini fridge. Small tv Too many cats My smelled like dirty cat poop poop and peeper litter box

Nothing this time. Entire hotel had no ac

Yes I had called and spoke to Sharina letting hotel know I was arriving late. When I got there the entire hotel had no AC. I was given the option of refund by staff. Still no refund.

The hotel was very dirty overall. Dirt black on the shower floor. Urine on the toilet seat. The place looked like it hasn’t been mopped in a very long time.

There was alot of bugs the ac didn't work which Cost my son to have a sezuire

Check in is 3pm not 12 to 12 as advertised already was having to check in at 2:30 am was told to come back at 3am that they were on lunch break. Then I had a reservation for the next day I had to check out at 11am and come back at 3pm to check in.

Location

Small room, no microwave, no refrigerator, towels were very cheap and did not dry my body well. Front door to get into the room did not close automatically when I exited the room. If not careful and just walked out the door would have stayed open.

Nothing at all worse experience ever

Yes there was no TV service the whole time we were there, I have video of the roaches that were crawling all over the place. I called the corporate office to complain and they said they would refund 30 dollars. What is that going to do.

Staff was very disrespectful check out time they harassed us and tried to force themselves into the room wile we were changing

Worst experience noise all night long people walking in the front of the door bathroom was in bad shape broken

Lots- no waste basket. Stains on the shower floor. Toilet wasn¿t secure, no coffee machine, not enough wall sockets, and parking was very tight

The room was very dirty. Floor not swept or mopped. Shower was disgusting, bathroom floor full of hair. A/c not working properly. I needed to switch rooms which was the same as previously described but at least the A/C worked.

Homeless and drug addicts surround the area. Definitely not returning to this motel.

Room was not Clean. Key kept disconnecting. Staff was unresponsive

Honestly maybe just the beds, other than that is was dirty, hire more staff to clean / hire a company.

Under the beds their was previous trash, the floor was dirty, the hand washing sink was dirty, the small shower had hair on it the restroom was a bit dirty, not acceptable, it seems like someone just used a rag to clean, hotel 6 can do better.
