When we left to go eat out and i requested to clean the room when we come back the bed is not even tucked in and its really does not meet the cleaning standards any room at the hotels.

I Live 2 days in hotel and In hotel inside the building bad odour.

It was clean, staff was friendly and it was very kid friendly. Decent breakfast.

Hot tub was more like a cold tub and there seemed to be little to no effort to fix it while we were there for several days.

Too many people in the pool. Bacteria levels high. Hot tub had to close

Room smelled like bleach. At least it was clean!

The parking. When we first came to check in, there was no available parking. Two big rigs took up a lot of space. However, the staff was accommodating in finding where to park. We did have a pleasant stay overall.

This is one of my best hotel experiences. This hotel is cleaned 24/7. They were always cleaning. The room was perfect. They had a list of breakfasts for every day. The food was great.

This place is CLEAN. They clean, clean and clean all the time. Customer service is top notch. They always say hi when you come in and out.

I loved the Breakfast maybe not fill the pans so full because stuff on top is cold. Maybe a microwave so you can heat it. Also, put some butter out in the morning so it's soft enough to put on your toast. The butter is rock hard so you can't even use it.

It was a nice clean hotel

The air conditioning unit seemed to not work. I finally figured out it was locked by the hotel, so my room was too warm all night. TBH that colors my entire opinion of the hotel!

They were picking on tell me that I can¿t eat in the room. Make a big deal that I ask for toilet paper and towels. Try to overcharge me for no reason.

Hotel was nice

Smoke detector was beeping all night on the jetted tub there wa broken Jett¿s and water pressure was so low we couldn¿t even use it if we did it would¿ve took at least a hour

Hotel employee at the front desk was friendly but seemed unaware of what was happening in the hotel. Blamed earlier staff for all the confusion. Two rooms left but both dirty.

They tried to put us in a dirty room and then said they were fully booked. Lobby was dirty with overflowing trash. I used the restroom and it was filthy as well. Told me I could get a discount in the morning if I slept in a dirty room.

The staff was very courteous and professional. The rooms were exceptionally clean and fully stocked with necessities. Breakfast was very good

Front Desk was very helpful and accommodating with my very late check in. Breakfast was solid. Taco shop and other foods within walking distance.

Not a hotel issue but we had the worst experience as far as noisy neighbors. The walls were paper thin and they were so loud well into three or four in morning. Called front desk once it hit 1am since it was New Year¿s Eve but the noise didn¿t end

Efficient staff, quick check in/out. Very clean, quiet, the best variety breakfast I had from different hotels.

The hot tub.

A lot. The smoke detector kept going off all night long keeping us up. The hotel checkout time is 12pm, the cleaning crew took it upon themselves to walk in at 9:45am, no knock just walked in. This was for our wedding night and did not leave a good memory
