the staff was really nice and the waffles were a hit w the kids!

The beds were really stiff and sunken in the middle

    Nothing really--

Room was below par--cheap, aging furniture, a/c-heater vent dirty, bed squeaky and cheap thin sheets w/ only one flat sheet between me and mattress--gross. You're much better off paying $--- or more for a better place to stay.

Location was good for what we needed, and it was very quiet. I don't remember the star value, so I had no expectations.

We stayed 4 nights and the bagged "breakfast snack" was the exact same every morning. Boring.

    The staff was very helpful.

Price for what you get is terrible Seemed dirty.

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-2-2021

Food on floor, 23% tax/fees when the hotel down the way only charged 13%, no breakfast(which they said they provided), refused to open the door so we could check out, and sand on the sheets.

As a supervisor in the pass at super 8 in Fort Bragg California I found that the room wasn’t at my cleaning standards but wasn’t that bad I like the room it was nice.

Beside the poor cleaning I like everything else .

This hotel is a great option to consider for visiting Sonoma County. It is about a 30 minute drive from Santa Rosa, but it is right on the highway and is in a safe area. Close to restaurants and grocery stores, very kid friendly. Highly recommend!

Location. It was clean and quiet...modern and priced well

Hot was not hot enough but I can understand that they need to keep from scalding old or young people

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-27-2019

The grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance.

My room was next to the ice machine, because of asking for an early check in. Every morning from 5am to 6am, the construction workers filled their coolers and talked and whistled. I was there for 3 nights so it was annoying.

    10DeborahPosted on: 1-31-2019

I was located were I could go from parking lot straight to room

I thought I was going to pet friendly I had to leave my show pets in car

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-30-2018

Only hotel in town and was very pricey. Same as a $-- Motel 6 room. I heard my neighbors sneeze and felt someone was sleeping next to me snoring when he snored. In the morning there was no hot water and I had to check out so didn't have time to wait

No hot water, very thin walls. Heard everything and was waken at 6am by the noise of people walking around and talking in the hallway. Very pricey for the experience and services.

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-7-2018

Good location clean though strong cleaning smell.

Very subpar breakfast. Fruit old, no proteins, and drinks old tasting.

    Staff, breakfast, room

    Close to Alexander Valley Wineries.

Breakfast room a bit crowded. Need two Belgian waffle makers to speed things up.

Easy off the Fwy and near shopping and food. staff friendly and helpful, especially when needed to use the Business office computer. Clean and room larger than had anticipated. Parking was easy and well lite.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-12-2017

    Quiet, very clean, solid location.

    Weak breakfast, high room rate.

    2Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 11-28-2016

For one night, it was okay. It seemed run down and the bed was lousy. I thought I had heard that it was redone but looked pretty shabby to me.

The bed and room was shabby.
